Beautiful farm style location. Lovely outlook from property. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Clearly looked after with love. Felt like we were in someone’s home. Plenty of snack items provided, including home made. Fresh milk, bread, jams, and eggs to make own breakfast with. Proprietors are lovely people and we felt well looked after.

Lovely little suite in a beautiful country setting. Although compact, the space was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed. Breakfast was not only provided but there was also ample and sufficient choice. Warm, hospitable hosts. The warm welcome provided by the resident cat “Snowdog” was purrrrfect!

Accommodation is ideallic and in a quiet residential area. 40 winks seemed to have everything we needed during our stay and the breakfast was an added bonus for us as it was light and not indulgent. Also we could tell a lot of thought had been put into to all the amenities including the UK plug adapters for us. More importantly... Fiona was excellent and very easy to talk to. We really enjoyed our conversations and felt completely at peace during our stay at 40 winks!
