I booked this place for my mother in law and extended family and it was the best decision ever. The house is new, clean, well-organized, and the service impeccable. Most of all, I like that the owners responded on Facebook at once. So there were no worries that I come to the closed door. The room was clean and comfortable, there is a water heater. There is a kitchen, so microwave and hot water are easy to get. I'm not sure if it's allowed to cook, but in microwave - yes, it's allowed. I had free breakfast and free pick-up from the airport. Very nice. If needed, I will come again!

My group and I 6 people mostly British, enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We did not want to do any of the tours and just explore the beauty of the island and that was just fine.

The room was spacious, well located in Basco, 10 minutes walk from the airport but the hosts came to pick me up with their tricycle. Very helpful staff.

Our stay was comfortable and so homey. The place is clean and has good ventilation. You get to enjoy the air in the room, at the common area, or balcony. The couple who run the place are very hospitable and treat you like family. When we didnt take our free breakfast because of a very early tour, they turned it to lunch meal chicken afritada. It was so good! Prior to that, they handed us apples coz the shipment just arrived. We had it for snacks during our tour.
