I had a wonderful experience during your stay at a Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites in Boracay. I personally enjoyed the delicious food served at the hotel, Also the staff working there is be very nice. It's a nice hotel if you want to travel as a solo traveler they will make you really happy and they are willing to help you in any request.

Everything was perfect on this place, the location is just in the center of boracay, station 2, that can easily walk around or going to station 1, they had their own shuttle service, so this made us easy to go directly to the hotel from the airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Additional you have two options from the swimming pool, one at the hotel and the other one in a hotel near by.

New and very clean hotel! Very comfortable! The personnel are so friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes by walk to the small, but they also have a shuttle there if you don’t like to walk. Everywhere you can find baskets with umbrellas which is very convenient if it suddenly starts to rain. For the beach rest, they will provide you special rug and even pillows for your comfortable stay! The food in the breakfast is delicious, every day different dishes. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

A special thanks to Mr.Dan for his professional, genuine, and very kind hospitality. We had some issues with 3rd party logistics service provider and Mr Dan was very prompt to take all the actions and made our stay as great as possible. Thank you! Staff is always smiling and welcoming. Security is always on duty and its very safe. Breakfast is very yummy and special thanks to Mr Mico for his great service in the restaurant. He was always attentive and very quick. Wifi and tv works well. Improvement for housekeeping as he had started cleaning and vacuuming the upper floor at 6:30 am, but he immediately stopped when i walked upstairs.

The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. This was my 5th visit to boracay over 35 years. The Lanterna exceeded my expectations. It is centrally located to be within walking distance to both “ white beach” and “windy beach” . I recommend the studio apartments. You can do a little cooking if you want or plenty of eateries around. The Lanterna has its own fantastic restaurant ( always booked up). The staff are courteous polite and efficient. Recommended.

Nerrisa from the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. Prompt service and clean facility.... Attendants are very helpful and compassionate. My kid had a minor burn which she got from outside of the hotel.When they found out, One of them immediately gave my child an ointment to treat her boo boo. That was an extra mile of good customer service. Highly recommend Hotel for families and guests with pets.

    I asked them a favor to make a valentine letter for my boyfriend. And they did more than that. They upgraded our home from standard to family room with the balloon and petals of flower. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight.     Location is great as it is near to almost everything but most facilities are old and worn out. There is no view from the room as when I opened the window it is already a wall of the other building. Management may need to check facilities and train staff. If this property is being managed properly it can generate lots of money as location is excellent.

    If you're looking for relaxation and family time, Boracay was excellent! It was incredibly tourist/outsider and family friendly: shops everywhere, pools and beach, food and snacks, and many options for fun and outdoor activities. We went on vacation as a family of 4 (kids 6 boy and 11 girl). It's picturesque and there might have been a nightlife but we totally missed it (because we didn't care to find/see it).
