The whole team of Fat Lips Lodge is very attentive, helpful, and friendly. They are ready to help in any way they can to make a stay of their guests easy and enjoyable. Great location, places to eat, little shops and laundry kiosks, etc. are just around the corner. My room was a big and clean, comfortable bed. Last but not least, the little heartbreaker dog Tiger was my companion.

Amazing owners and staff, very clean, homey and quiet. Dogs are lovely and already miss them all ❤️ Very well maintained AC in the room, literally first time i didn’t get throat infection while sleeping every night with AC on. Casa Basa is a very special place, if you want to travel in sustainable way this is the place❤️

Lovely place for relaxation in a great atmosphere and vibes. They organise day tours everywhere you might want to go and the hosts and staff take absolutely great care of you. Delicious food in the restaurant and great sunsets to enjoy at the pool/sauna area. I had such a great time there that I extended my stay beyond my original plan.

It's a very nice remote resort with five bungalows, a private beach, and a nice restaurant. Absolute peace and quiet with welcoming and helpful hosts. The food at the restaurant is tasty, which is good since there isn't another restaurant anywhere nearby.

We want to share our perfect experience staying and taking tours with UNLTD. We stayed for 12 nights, and it was truly unforgettable! Richmond, the hotel general manager, is the definition of outstanding hospitality. He helped coordinate everything for us, and every place or activity he recommended in town was excellent. The whole team made our stay incredibly special. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The team constantly takes care of and improves the garden, and the common relaxation area is amazing. The hotel is also perfectly located — close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet, unlike some other parts of General Luna. We wish the whole team continued success and all the best! We would absolutely love to come back to Siargao — and specifically to this hotel and this wonderful team again.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, upgrading our apartment to allow a larger number of us to stay at very low cost. It was well serviced and very comfortable with air conditioning in all bedrooms and suitable fans elsewhere. The staff advised on a good location for our evening meal, which we obtained fro a Filipino restaurant at low cost.

Our stay was excellent. I was there to assist our son post surgery. The staff could not have done more for us. The hotel is brand new. The new 8 seater van was perfect to take us and luggage to the airport. The breakfasts were good.

LOVE this place! The rooms are modern and large with 2 toilet and 2 showers. The resort itself has a beach which is lovely to chill at on the sun loungers. Breakfast is included at the restaurant and all staff are so friendly and attentive. I’d come back here again!

The only downside? Eventually, you have to leave.

The only downside? Eventually, you have to leave. The staff are so genuinely warm and attentive that they make you feel right at home from day one. Add the perfect location, and checking out is honestly the hardest part, it all goes by way too quickly.

San Isidro and the remaining places of North Siargao really...

San Isidro and the remaining places of North Siargao really stays true to their claims as the "soul" of the island. San Isidro's simplicity and its location might be a perfect location if you want to find yourself in a quiet and relaxing place. I adore being close to Pacifico which is like more or less 5 minutes motor drive.

The people are nice.

The people are nice. Prices are fair enough..unfortunately I did not have enough time to explore the city for I was busy attending the national games at prosperidad..but I had a good lunch at tuna village and a deliciously prepared balbacua dinner at a 24 hour bistro in front of tuna village..the staff gladly offered me 20% senior discount

Nothing much but surfing. Some popular restaurants are hype. The French bakery near the Surf area serves really really good breadz croissants, sourdough and other food. The burger place we went to is much much better than shake shack. The coffee place we tried serves much much better coffee than starbucks and zus.

The location in Catangnan is excellent -close enough to the hustle and bustle of General Luna, while still being super chill, quiet, and peaceful. Just steps away from Tuason Beach and only a one-minute ride to Cloud 9. Perfect balance between convenience and relaxation.

Burgos is a quiet place with easy access to Pacifico Beach for surfing and to the main attractions in the north, with motorbike rentals, fresh fish and fruit markets, and great restaurants that will grill the fish you buy for you.

General Luna is an amazing place with a perfect mix of...

General Luna is an amazing place with a perfect mix of beautiful beaches, great food, and a laid-back island vibe. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife options, while the locals are friendly and welcoming. It's also a great base for exploring Siargao's famous attractions like Cloud 9, island hopping tours, and nearby beaches. The roads are easy to navigate by motorbike, making it convenient to get around. Overall, General Luna is a destination I'd gladly visit again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Siargao.

Transportation was convenient to and from the apartment. Very cost effective. I learned of and utilized "tricycles" and "multi cabs". This was easy for me since I was in the company of a lady who spoke the local language. I recommend use of a translator or as I did, a special friend who speaks the language. I also disagree with booking.coms 3 out of 5 review. That is a low score compared to my experience.

Surigao is recovering from damage caused by typhoon Odette. I suggest waiting a year or so before visiting here. It was rainy and windy during our visit so not fair to comment. Did not feel safe to walk around at night. We observed many blatant drug users along the Seawall opposite our hotel.

At first I kinda did not like the way going to the exact...

At first I kinda did not like the way going to the exact place, but when we found out the other way/easiest way, we felt relieved. The owner was very accommodating and also the in-charge cum reservation/receptionist, she was very kind and helpful, she had given us all the information regarding the places where we should go and enjoy. It was a very short stay but a worthy one, very affordable and family friendly homestay.
