Excepetional hotel with very friendly and helpful staff this is our third long stay (3 weeks) stay in the Seda and we highly recommend it. If this hotel was in Europe it would easily be a 5 star. I cant emohasise how friendly and helpful all the staff are from the guys that great you and open the door for you and the staff at reception and the breakfast staff especially Katherine who always has a smile on her face and greets you warmly. Also Titus in the S bar is an excellent barman who makes brillant cocktails and mocktails and is very friendly and helpful and professional. The S bar is a great new addition to the Seda as a place to chill and have a drink and catch up with friends and family in a luxurios chilled environment. I honestly cant praise this hotel enough, the buffet breakfast every morning was very good lots of food available and lots of staff available to assist you. The sedas location to abreeza mall is very convienent and the Gym and Swimming pool are immaculaetly clean. Special mention to Lylodd who was always very helpful

We arrived a day earlier than anticipated, they were generous enough to get us settled in a different room and give us 5 star treatment. The owner came to our room to personally inspect it. We stayed here because we couldn't find any availability at pearl-farm, which I had stayed at a few years back and loved. Now I don't understand why anyone would stay at pearl-farm over this place. This is a better resort, hands-down. The food is much better, the service is much better, and it is far prettier than pearl-farm. If it hadn't been for me being sick and desparately needing wifi from bed, the stay would have been perfect.

The Staff were exceptional. Attention to detail and customer focus was outstanding. Location was kept in traditional Philippines pacific style which is so much better than a giant concrete monolith planted in a beautiful natural part of the world. Only 45 minutes by private boat is very commutable. Food was excellent and catered for everyone. All the facilities were constantly being cleaned and maintained to postcard status 24/7 Happy hour everyday and 50% off all drinks for a further hour daily . No request was too hard for the exceptional staff . Great value for money .

From my first day at Crown Regencies I’ve felt very comfortable, the staff are exceptional. Im well travelled and I have never felt so relaxed and made so welcome as I did at this hotel. I extended my stay another week as it’s a perfect place to relax by the pool or in the Jacuzzi, I will be returning here the next time I visit Davao.

Davao City has something for everyone.

Davao City has something for everyone. Big shopping malls with so many different types of store inside them. All across the city you are spoilt for choice when it comes to eating places and the diverse selection if food. Negative side: the traffic is very heavy, and at certain times it does not move. Add extra time for journeys.

We strolled around Samal area and visited some of their precious tourist spots, it was worth the experience. My friends and I really enjoyed the view and the attractions, the cab driver was very accomodating and helped us a lot. Overall experience was excellent

Staff was helpful. But watch out for stains in your bed. I would suggest to check out for stains before using it. I suggest to take some photos of your bedding and duvets. They will charge you unreasonable amount of money for bedding stains. I felt like I was being scammed. It’s totally ripped off. Room has a musty smell. Good job I only had a short stay. I would not recommend it.

Davao City is a clean, safe, and well-organized city to visit. The people are friendly, respectful, and very welcoming to tourists. Transportation is convenient, and getting around the city is easy. There are many affordable restaurants offering delicious local dishes. Nearby Samal Island is a perfect getaway with beautiful beaches and clear waters. Tourist spots in the city and around the island are accessible and enjoyable. The city feels peaceful and secure, even at night. I would definitely come back and recommend Davao City and Samal Island to others.

Samal is a quaint and beautiful island.

Samal is a quaint and beautiful island. There are some nice places like the Monfort Bat Sanctuary and the Giant Clam Conservancy. I went to the white sand beach for swimming. Being in a channel, the current was swift so I couldn't really go out beyond the swimming area, and it suddenly gets deep as well. I didn't like it for swimming, more for touring.

Medium sized city to forget Manila for a few days. Tagum is not crowded, is cleaner, not so polluted, there is Nature very close to the city and the rivers are clean. The food is great, mostly the seafood, so fresh, tasty and affordable. Even home delivery food has good quality, much better than in Metro Manila for the same price or sometimes less. Neighbors are respectful, friendly, clean and quiet. They do not go annoying each other as in Manila. Tagum city is a good place to probe that peace of mind locations are still there waiting for us to get a work from home job and reconcile ourselves with the human being.

Kopiat was hard for us to get to—2 overnight flights on the way in and out, plus a long and expensive ground transfer. Our accommodations on the island were incredible, but we were a little afraid to snorkel because of the snakes.

Safest place we’ve ever experienced!

Safest place we’ve ever experienced! One of my colleagues accidentally left his expensive rubber shoes at the Costa Marina waiting shed beside the parking area. We had already left the place and were on our way to our booked Airbnb in the Ecoland area when we realized it. Through quick communication with the resort staff, they were able to locate the item and secure it in their lost-and-found. What impressed us even more was how smoothly everything went afterward we managed to book a Grab, and the shoes were safely collected and delivered to our current location. Huge thanks to the honest, responsive, and reliable staff. This experience truly showed how safe and well-managed the place is. Highly recommended!

The family really love the place.

The family really love the place. We enjoyed our stay so much. Definitely we will endorse this to our friends and relatives. The people inside the resort were all okay . We super loved the food - they have fantastic chefs.
