SUPER CLEAN AND VERY ACCOMODATING STAFF

Only stayed one night but very impressed. Room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Lovely warm shower in the morning followed by an exceptional breakfast. Have to give a shout out to the staff who stayed on to make sure we were settled in before going home.

The location is great, only 4 min away from White Beach. There are also many local restaurants around the property. Annabel, her sister and the owner Jed are always available to make your stay impeccable. They helped me to rent a scooter and gifted me with an ice cream and pizza! There is a shower, toilet paper and a towel in my room. A huge thank you to make my stay in Puerto Galera memorable.

The place is clean and near the beach.

The security was so nice, he welcomed us with a smile and helped us with our things. They provide us with a new linens. I didn't expect that the room is quit big. It has two floors. The first floor has 2 beds with a bathroom and 3 beds with a bathroom in the second floor. Both has airconditions.

The facilities and staff were excellent. The food was good quality and served to our room exactly on time.

All the staffs were super nice. They provide activity tours if needed. You can play some pool or get a massage. Most of all, relaxing and chilling vibe was the best!

The place is all very natural, beautiful designs made of local materials, healthy home-made food (stronglyrecommended "catch of the day"), forget greasy fried things... Very friendly staff, amazing cook Melanie and her assistant Glen, experienced owner who stays faithful to the concept. You can also purchase inexpensive and beautiful handmade souvenirs in a small stall. Small coral reef for snorkeling just a few meters away.

The staff is the biggest asset of Casa. I forgot his name but he goes the extra mile just to make sure we are looked after. He’s a credit to this hotel! He was the one bringing our breakfast to the room.
