I met the owner who was a top guy and his wing woman and they both are a good team and are lovely people, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It truly is a Gem. Great views, great rooms, good breakfast, it literally ticks all the boxes and more. Will be returning to this little beauty in the future!!! Don't miss out!

I like the location and how it was close to whote beach and the resturants. They had an area where we can wash our feet etc after being st the beach. Place also had wifi and AC which is plus. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. The owner of the hotel happily picked us up from the calapan port to the hotel. They were offering the shuttle for free from the other port but we werent able to sail on time so had to take calapan. He also drove us to our hometown in pinamalayan which was so nice of him.

I stayed at Hidden Paraíso near White Beach Puerto Galera from 14.02 to 21.02.2026 for a Valentine’s vacation with my girlfriend, and it was amazing. The location is perfect. The owner Florian is super friendly and has great insider knowledge about the Philippines. He shared secret local spots and beautiful hidden waterfalls, and you feel welcome right away. Contact him before arrival — he helps arrange cheap and easy transport. Highly recommended!

The staff is the biggest asset of Casa. I forgot his name but he goes the extra mile just to make sure we are looked after. He’s a credit to this hotel! He was the one bringing our breakfast to the room.

I was there for diving with Asia Divers which is located on the premises, with how close it was to the dive shop and everything I almost never left the premises outside of diving. The food was great, the room clean and nice, and spending the end of every dive day chatting to Pete and Kjell plus other divers at The Point, the bar above the dive shop, I had a blast. Will definitely return

The most beautiful place. Perfect view. Very very kind and accommodating staff. Nice room with bathroom, a kitchen, well thought walk in closeth. A comfortable bed. Rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels every day. Very nice restaurant at the 3rd floor overlooking the bay. Beautiful surroundings to go for a walk and so many other things. I will certainly come back! I loved it!

Great hotel, slightly away from the main drag, which was good. Major advantage of diving from a jetty rather than climbing onto a boat from the beach as all there other dive operations do, everyone friendly and helpful. would definately re-book if went back to the area

Located on the island of Mindoro, this place is not as frequently visited by tourists as other locations in the Philippines. It is very peaceful here and the people and their lifestyle is more pure. Also a great place to visit when you want to dive the Apo reef.

The location was really near Robinson shopping area , staff were nice , and the place was clean the aircon and the parking is a little bit concern . Highly recommendable for 3-4 guest , we are planning to book again the location but different apartment please with good aircon and safe parking please .

San Jose is an underrated province when it comes to tourism. Upon visiting the area, it holds a lot of places to discover for hiking, swimming and biking. Just a few hours away from Manila, this is truly a relaxing place you can go to escape the hustle and bustle of the city!

Easy to get a tuk tuk to the Port and surrounding area.

Easy to get a tuk tuk to the Port and surrounding area. No need to book a ferry to Port Batangas in advance. Also got a bus connection from Port Batangas to Manila without a booking. The bus conductor took cash.

Calapan was a small city.

Calapan was a small city. But there are plenty of food chains and supermarket where you can have your needs. Although the mode of transportation in the city was tricycle, you should know the location where you are going. Some of the drivers charge higher than normal if they sense that you are new to the place. We go there for a concert so we are not able to visit their famous beaches and parks.

There are basically two distinct parts of Puerto Galera…..

There are basically two distinct parts of Puerto Galera…..Sabang which has no beach but is a very pretty ocean side area, a lot of dive resorts and diving schools and enough restaurants and night clubs. White Beach is the other resort…..more restaurants, more tourist shopping options, a lovely beach and beach activity and water sport options. The two resorts are about 12km apart….. so choose one or the other to stay but try to visit both areas during your visit.
