The architecture is genuis, and the value for money is very very good. Way better than other near-by options ;) If you are going to visit Samal and dont mind not living at the beach, this is the place to be! Smart tv, billiards, swimming pool, hot and cold water supplied right outside the room. You are free to cook your food on the grill or use the kitchen. Only problem is that there is no hot shower, but since there is a supply of hot and cold water right outside the room, this is not a big issue. The nice things about the place makes up for the lack of hot shower ;) Great price for a great place. Nice workers, and the owner is also nice and down to earth. 👍

Very nice air conditioned room with mini fridge and clean bathroom in a provincial setting just 5 minutes from where the Sasa ferry arrives. You can walk it. It is about 400 meters. No taxi or tricycle needed. You can find the exact location using the app Waze. There is a shared kitchen you can use to make coffee or tea, toast or a simple meal. Good value for money.

The Staff were exceptional. Attention to detail and customer focus was outstanding.
Location was kept in traditional Philippines pacific style which is so much better than a giant concrete monolith planted in a beautiful natural part of the world. Only 45 minutes by private boat is very commutable. Food was excellent and catered for everyone.
All the facilities were constantly being cleaned and maintained to postcard status 24/7
Happy hour everyday and 50% off all drinks for a further hour daily .
No request was too hard for the exceptional staff .

We strolled around Samal area and visited some of their precious tourist spots, it was worth the experience. My friends and I really enjoyed the view and the attractions, the cab driver was very accomodating and helped us a lot. Overall experience was excellent

Samal is a quaint and beautiful island.
Samal is a quaint and beautiful island. There are some nice places like the Monfort Bat Sanctuary and the Giant Clam Conservancy. I went to the white sand beach for swimming. Being in a channel, the current was swift so I couldn't really go out beyond the swimming area, and it suddenly gets deep as well. I didn't like it for swimming, more for touring.
