great view of Pico mountain from our room and the pool. Old style and a bit dated but clean, comfortable and well serviced. staffs are very friendly and helpful. there is a shortcut to city center/ port which is not visible in google map.

There was fresh fruit in our room, the staff were very kind and hospitable in every aspect! As we did not like the regular filter coffee at breakfast, so we were served quality coffee with no additional change. We stayed in the hotel for just one night but would like to come back for longer.

Hotel as hotels should be: 24h reception, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean, best location (and the view) in Horta. All for a very democratic price.

We were staying at the Suite on the top floor and everything was perfect. The flat was absolutely clean and everything seemed very new. The Suite is accessible from the back of the building so you can actually park you car behind and use a private entrance, avoiding the stairs in the building with your luggage. Denise was so friendly and helpful with everything. The views on the harbour and Pico from the balcony are spectacular. Peter's Sports Bar is just next door.

Our stay at Lucia's place was truly nice. She is an adorable host, ensuring our comfort with thoughtful touches. The house and the garden are simply beautiful, creating a serene ambiance. Breakfast offered was very rich, and the complimentary food was a pleasant surprise. The well-equipped kitchen was a great convenience. The location was excellent, close to the airport and all the main attractions on the island.
