I arrived early at the Hotel at 8am and the staff was very helpful and they checked me in the room early so I didn't have to wait until 3pm to get in the room. Both transfers were organized so I didn't have to stress about getting to the hotel and then to the airport.

Starting with the attitude of the staff and ending with everything that is available on premises, including the quality of the rooms

The hotel staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Very much kidsfriendly :).

I chose JW Marriott as my wife had had surgery in Bucharest, and I needed a place for her to recover even though I had to head back to Australia early with the kids. They exceeded my expectations. The hotels staff are extraordinary, never have I left a hotel remembering individual staff members names. Diana, Teodora and Anna and the other two girls whom I deeply apologise I cant recall the names (one was from India) in the Executive Lounge. Your kindness, eloquence and empathy were much appreciated. My wife and daughters much appreciated this refuge Gabriel (Head of Housekeeping( thankyou for the bears and donuts) To the cheerful lady who cleaned my wifes room and kept her spirits up even though she was recovering from surgery. Hotel is so close to the airport ! shttle bus was waiting for us at the parking per instructions and went to the hotel after 10 min. We stayed just for the night until flight, and enjoyed the dinner at the hotel resturant (try the romaninan meet rolls and fries). and took a small breakfast togo. Room was OK, shower was good, for hot/cold drinking water you will need to go to the lobby, but there is a small fridge in the room. Shutte bus driver was waiting for us at the middle of the night on time ! and it took 2-3 min to arrive the airport.

Everything was perfect. Hotel is new and very well cleaned. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have espresso in room, free water and tea. All appliances are in the room. Great lighting and no noise from outside. Personnel is always there to help. Parking is huge, covered with video surveillance. On top of the hotel there is restaurant which is with great food and with lot of natural light. Kitchen is open until 21:30. Prices are OK. You also have smoking space, near restaurant, but they don't serve there. Breakfast espresso is perfect.

Very clean reception, clean hallways and more importantly clean rooms. The reception is always staffed, even in the middle of the night. More than enough towels and blankets offered. Perfect price for the location

Everything was perfect, from the staff, the room, service, location and extremely good value. Shoos and resaurants are all easy to find nearby, as well as local buses. A bit out of the centre, but that is nothing for such a nice place.

I have stayed at several Moxy Hotels around the world and have never been disappointed, this is no exception. Modern, clean hotel in the City Centre. Fun, attentive staff and an overall great atmosphere. Great breakfast and nice to have a bar on site. Fantastic value for money, would absolutely recommend.

Everything was fine. The room was clean, well warmed, close to the bathroom. Staff was very nice and always ready to help or assist for every asking. Location is convenient. It's few steps to Carrefour.

Conveniently located property with a nice view over Strada Constantine Mille. Staff was very responsive: the only time I couldn’t connect to my room’s WiFi, a technician was sent right away, who fixed the issue in a few minutes.

The receptionist Alexandru was very helpful at our request. The breakfast was good, little diversified and tasty. Very good cookies :) The Hugo limonade is the best!! The restaurant meniu is interesting.

Everything was perfect. I forgot my earing and they send it for me next day .I told the staff that I need a ride to cache a bus at 6 in the morning, the night I arrived.I overslept and the hotel driver wake me up by phone so I will not miss my reservation. Very clean,wide room and excellent service. Definitely will come back here.

We had a great stay at Orhideea Residence & Spa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The spa and pool area were a big plus, especially after a long day. The hotel is family-friendly, well maintained, and offers good value for money. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
