It was one of the best decisions we ever made.
Although we arrived in the evening, quite late, we did not have any worries.
We had a reserved parking space.
It is a spacious, clean apartment, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds.
The host is very nice.
We had a few hours to explore the city at night.

EstoniaIt's a new guesthouse at the center of the village. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. There is also small electric stove which is nice to make a tea or coffee. Very cozy beds with warm blankets and a reading lamp There is a central boiler for hot water so you have to wait for some minutes until hot water reaches your shower while on upper floors but then it's real hot shower. Owner was very nice and friendly. We didn't spoke same languages but we managed everything. I didn't took a breakfast as I had early morning hike to Midžor.
Location on maps is correct but there is still no sign on the road. Just look for Vila Vuckovic and Cvetković is next to this.

I had an amazing experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was perfect—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great spot to relax and cool off. Additionally, the location was ideal for hiking enthusiasts, with several scenic trails nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I highly recommend it!

Lepo opremljen apartman (sobe sa dodatnim pokrivacima, kuhinja, kupatilo sa sapunom) . Novi namestaj, sve vrlo cisto i cela zgrada je nova i dobro odrzavana. Ljubazni domacini, sve je bilo odlicno.

Perfect place for a family of 4! We stayed there for a weekend. The host was very nice, he helped us get tickets for the spa ( Sokobanja Terme). The apartment was 2minute walk from the centre, and its really close to supermatket (Idea), pharmacy and bakery.

Good location for a passerby traveller. Liked that free parking was provided in the hotel back garden. Staff offered breakfast but I was in rush and didn't had a chance to try it. Overall, was a good stay.

Zajecar is a small city that has been developing from a small old village for decades. The streets are all scattered out and it looks like a maze if you are looking for the places in the streets that are not in the center. The streets are full of patched-up holes even with open holes that weren't patched up. There are lots of broken old buildings and abandoned ones in the center too. It smells bad and there's nothing special to do or see except for the mall and the square events. People are nice and kind mostly but the fast food is not edible at all, it makes you vomit. The restaurants are nice and the staff there is so kind.

What is good: Stunning location, views, nature and proximity to Babin Zub - a starting point to Midzor.
What is not very good: too few restaurants, no grocery stores, too much abandoned houses and construction waste arount.

Charming little city, Nice river bank and bridges. Extraordinary beautiful open swimming pool at Banjica near Knjazevac.
Nothing is working during week-ends- like museums, historical and etno spots. Most of the local restaurants are not working on Sunday.

anyone who loves trekking or simply having a laid back time...
anyone who loves trekking or simply having a laid back time away from city crowds or crammed beach sides in a summer, this is a good choice. Traditional Serbian couisine restaurants are part of the allure for sure. Those who know of Soko Banja need no introduction or recommendation for it. To those that don't know of it, I can safely say that its worth visiting, Don't stick to the Soko Banja town at all times , though. Visit the famous natural wonder of The Cave (Pekjina) or the mounatin side of Ozren for an oxygen infused promenade and enjoy the cool of the shades from the treetops safe from the summer heat!

We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon...
We could not see a lot because we arrived in the afternoon and left early next day, but we enjoyed everything - a short walk and early dinner in the restaurant "Dva brata" with excellent traditional food and of course "Zaječarsko" beer, afterward we had a pleasant relaxing time in the accommodation. I wish if we could have stayed longer.

Excellent place with a very kind host.
Excellent place with a very kind host. The house is comfortable, clean and great for a family or small group. There are several restaurants nearby, and the ski center is close by, as well as other facilities that are worth visiting on Stara planina.

We were pleasantly surprised with the town itself and with the surrounding area. There are lots of parks and green spaces throughout the town, plenty of children's playgrounds, and beautiful hikes around the town with amazing views of the mountains and Soko grad.
I heartily recommend the old Turkish bath - Amam.

Not really a nice experience...
Not really a nice experience... Local authorities have horrible rules about the parking... As a stranger / foreign tourist, is impossible to park in the centre... Every spot is payable, but nobody tells you how or to whom.... The bad part is that, if you want to eat, you must go to center.
Another problem : very few places where you can pay with card.
