Hotel exceeded my expectations and it has the best breakfast among the hotels I have ever stayed for my work trips. Also I would like to mention staff that helped me quite a lot. Hotel has a very nice parking lot and there is a 24 hour open market next to the corner.

Nice and clean room with a view over the town. Staff (Mr. Khalid and Manager Mr. Hicham) very friendly and helpful. Early check in at 6 am and they arranged a tour to Raoum Castle. Nice views from the restaurant on the 9th floor

My stay at Nova Park Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, especially considering the budget-friendly price. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed with dates and Arabic coffee, which immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The staff first showed me a room, and when I explained that I needed a Western-style bathroom because I cannot use a squat toilet, they immediately showed me another room without any hesitation. The room was amazing and had everything I needed. It was clear that great attention had been given to guest comfort. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. I mentioned that my flight was at night and asked if I could stay until 4 PM. The staff kindly agreed. Later, when the manager, Mr. Faisal, arrived, he told me that I could check out whenever I wanted as long as there were no incoming guests. I have rarely experienced such kindness and flexibility from a hotel. What I Loved: Warm welcome with dates and Arabic coffee. *Extremely polite and helpful staff. *Outstanding customer service. *Very clean and comfortable room. *All required amenities were available. *Flexible late check-out arrangement. *Excellent value for money. *Budget-friendly price. I honestly could not find a single thing to complain about. The cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism were exceptional. This hotel deserves 10/10, and I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
