MalaysiaWe loved the fact that this property is so centrally located that it makes exploring the island(beaches, restaurants) a whole lot more pleasant. The plan was not to splurge on an "exclusive stay" but to be geographically efficient and we're extremely happy about this decision as we're out and about beach hunting and get to retire in our comfortable room at the end of each day. We rented a car in advance which complemented the selection of this hotel. We also received an above and beyond surprise as we returned to our rooms after being married, which goes to show how attentive and warmhearted their team members are. The wife and I agreed that we will return to this hotel again when we visit Seychelles in the near future. Thank you for helping us make our wedding trip, the best we can ever wish for.

The feeling of the 30s of the 20th century - with old but very well saved furniture, old photographs, interior items. Good size, clean pool. Great breakfast. Very pleasant villa owner. We had a late flight and were kindly allowed to stay in the villa territory until the evening. We had a very pleasant stay at this villa and if we ever come back to Mahe, Seychelles, we will definitely choose this beautiful place!

We stayed in Avani between Jan 27 and 31st 2026.
Everything since the beginning of our stay was great. When we arrived the hotel wasn’t so full so we received a room upgrade to the pool access balcony room, which was lovely. The rooms are in the new area of the hotel which looks brand new.
The entire staff was friendly and treated us with great hospitality. It was my wife’s birthday, so they made sure to prepare a great surprise for her during the breakfast. A big thank you to Steve and Harifh for organizing everything we needed during the stay.
I read some comments about the beach in front before traveling regarding the sea weed in the ocean but it wasn’t really bad. You can only use the corner of the beach which is shallow waters and very pleasant, but is just a small strip. The pool is the better option, in the weekend they had the DJ playing, which made a great atmosphere. I understand some people really like very calm, quiet and party dead places, but we love some music going on.
We had dinner a couple of night at the “ Somewhere” restaurant in the hotel, which is not fully opened to public apparently and also does not operate every day, so check their schedule when you arrive . Food was great and staff really friendly, specially Mr. Dams from the Philippines, who was amazing taking care of us on our visits.
I Also would like to thank Mr. Cannon from the bar who was great and friendly taking care of our drinks during our daily Pool table matches.
The hotel location is quiet ( west side of the island), but by car you can reach some really nice beaches like Petit Anse, Baie Lazare and the beautiful Anse Intendance. The concierge staff organized the car rental for us and it was very easy and great.
Unfortunately we didn’t had time to use the Gym and Spa , which looked absolutely fabulous when we visited to check it out.
I really recommend the hotel and we will definitely consider it again on our next visit to Seychelles.

Everything is superb from the moment of the arrival until the moment of departure. The rooms are extremely comfortable and have everything you need. But what made our stay absolutely fabulous is the staff, every single one was very kind, helpful, positive and knowledgable. What is amazing is the cleannes of the premises for such a big resort and everything runs smoothly like a clockwork. Hotel offers a lot of extra fun activities such as hikes and so on. There is a wide variety of restaurants with excuisite food varieties. But most important is nature and sustainability awareness. And lastly again thanks to every member of the staff from maintenance, room service, waiters, bars attendants, receptionist and so on all the way to the management itself makes this place such a fantastic experience and a place you want to return to.

It is a great hotel, with outstanding ocean view. It is easy to get there from the airport, by taxi or by local bus, which stops 2 minute walk from the hotel. It has as well nice swimming pool. The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

Amazing hotel. The duplex room is very spacious and perfect for a family. The swimming pool was the big attraction for our kids. Very beautiful! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. The beach down of the hotel is precious and they are really attentive to every detail. We would definitely come back to this hotel in a next trip to Mahé.

The location is excellent with pool villa rooms which is what we stayed in having excellent views of the ocean . The private pool was a good size and clean and surrounded by calming greenery . The staff were extremely attentive , service was very good and so was the food. It had the perks of being a quiet resort with all the comforts of a big brand .

The southern island of Mahé Seychelles is full of beautiful beaches for swimming and snorkeling among the corals. Some beaches are for diving and some are ideal for families with children. There is always somewhere to hide in the natural shade. Watch out for sea urchins. I recommend water shoes. Our favorite beaches are Katamaka, Kempinski, Grand Anse Beach for swimming in the waves at high tide and the beautiful Anse Louis beach.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.
Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you.
Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. With white soft sand, clean beaches, plenty of places to hide in the natural shade. No seaweed, very few people and plenty of walking distance. Just perfect for a beautiful suntan and sunset.

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach.
The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals.
Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

everything was brilliant!
everything was brilliant! And would 100% recommend anyone to stay there during your time in The Seychelles and would probably recommend you have a car during your stay as its better and easier to get around Mahe to and from your accomodation

Lovely long beach - very safe.
Lovely long beach - very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit with choices from takeaway creole style dishes to mid budget Italian, Indian restaurants and higher budget restaurants with fish, Italian, Japanese options. Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.
