On the second floor is a beautiful lounge area (with tea/coffee and cake time 4-5 PM), gym and area for kids to play, fun zone with table football and some fun things for them). Restaurant at the beach is awesome, great food and service, beach chairs, we only didn't like the cocktails there. Beach is great for swimming and it's 5 mins walk to Anse Royale which gets overcrowded so we preferred to stay at the beach bar area. You need to be careful not to be under the coconut tree in general, on the Anse Royale you don't have much space to put your towel unless under the coconut tree, and I saw coconut falling many times. Area next to the hotel is safe and people are friendly. Gas station and supermarket are next to the hotel, easy road to get to the hotel from Victoria, you can take a bus/car/taxi. We rented a car to be more flexible.

Location is outstanding. The garden opens into the ocean, you may walk there barefooted before breakfast. Water and the beach are superb.

Everything was perfect. The restaurant had a limited ala carte menu, but the pizza and the club sandwich was so delicious. Breakfast was good. We would definitely visit again.

This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating. My entire stay at Avani+ was exceptional from the attentive service to the genuine hospitality shown by every staff member. My friend and I felt like royalty from the moment we arrived. The refreshing welcome popsicle was the perfect touch after our journey, and the stunning view from the lobby instantly reminded us why we chose Avani+
It felt like a home away from home, with each night offering a new layer of paradise. The unlimited breakfast buffet was a standout, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious options, all enjoyed with a beautiful view. The rooms were spotless with crisp, clean sheets, and every staff interaction was warm, friendly, and helpful.
The concierge and entire team greeted us with smiles and were always eager to assist. Everyone was so consistently amazing that it’s impossible to single out just one person.
Although I didn’t get a chance to explore the spa and gym facilities, I was impressed by how well-equipped and inviting they looked definitely something to look forward to next time.
I absolutely plan to return and would recommend Avani+ without hesitation. Keep up the fantastic work!

Everything to be commented positively only - as there was nothing I would need to complain about. It all started with pleasant boat transfer from the jetty from Mahe, nice crew, lovely welcome, absolutely amazing staff (all of them!!!), we came in early, and they let us in our villa earlier, which was great. Also the last day as our flight was later in the afternoon, we were allowed to stay longer than the standard check-out hours. I had birthday on the thay we came, very nice surprise from the staff - a cake in the villa plus nice wishes on the freshly made bed. Villas are unique, as the whole island, food is of a great quality - the cook is simply professionalist. This is not a type of accomodation I could often afford, but i am very happy I have chosen this specific resort and island to be the "best for the end" to finish our anniversary holiday with my husband , as the expecience from all aspects was just fantastic. So thank you, people there, I will not forget! You are doing a great job! :) Sending greetings from the Czech republic - me, your satisfied and happy customer :)

The service was exceptional during our stay. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. I was upgraded into a sea view suite with open bathroom and teracce and direct exit to the beach. Awesome sound of the wawes in the room, boutique interior and amazing barefoot restaurant where you enjoy the ocean view and the sand bellow your feet. The beach is private and has a coral reef. Amazing pool area and private parking. Great value for money for a very private stay in paradise.
One of the best hotels I stayed in. I would choose it again and highly recomment to anybody who is looking for boutique accomodation in Mahe.

It is a great hotel, with outstanding ocean view. It is easy to get there from the airport, by taxi or by local bus, which stops 2 minute walk from the hotel. It has as well nice swimming pool. The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

Beautiful property, very spacious bungalow, beautiful backyard and view to the sea.
The staff was amazing and helpful.
I arrived in the early morning before my check-in, and they let me stay in one of the apartments to take a shower and rest until my accommodation was ready. They also organized a driver for me and a hiking guide.

Absolutely not! 1. coCkroaches and ants in a room. Unpleasant welcoming. Was trying to solve issue asked for manager who never showed up. Not even one time we got a bottle of water at the beach. And you can’t swim as bottom is very stony (shoes do not help) so
Only do snorkeling but swimming is impossible and no one were swimming just chilling at shoe line. I would never back to this hotel again.

Lovely beaches. Great food. Car hire is worthwhile. Easy to drive around the island. You can just park up and wander down to the most exquisite beaches. Takamaka rum distillery was worth a visit. Also we hired a boat and did some fishing and snorkelling. Be aware of the sun. It's easy to get burnt

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach.
The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals.
Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles.
Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you.
Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. With white soft sand, clean beaches, plenty of places to hide in the natural shade. No seaweed, very few people and plenty of walking distance. Just perfect for a beautiful suntan and sunset.

The beaches here are not THAT great as for the number of people there. There are multiple smaller and bigger shops, markets etc. - I highly recommend to rent a car as everything is at least a 30 min walk via a steep hill. The food in restaurants is quite expensive, so I recommend looking for Take aways in Google maps (in a restaurant a burger might be 280 Rupees, in a takeaway only 40 Rupees).

Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.
