A great hôtel with a very friendly staff ! The location is perfect, right on the Beauvallon beach. We appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the frontdesk people. The breakfast was really good. Overall a super experience. I recommend this place !

The beach is maybe the best on Mahé, and you have it almost on your own - no competition with other resorts. Fabulous sunsets, restaurant perfectly placed.

We absolutely loved staying at sunbird villas. Cecile and her team are welcoming, attentive and kind and will go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful- a large room that was clean and had everything you need and a massive outdoor balcony that faced the ocean was the view was to die for. The breakfast served daily was tasty and at night time they will also serve delicious home cooked meals for an extra charge- we highly recommend. We really liked that our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and also beautiful local flowers placed on your be. We highly recommend staying at Sunbird Villas

Very comfortable room with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen close to the beach. The hotel offers a small swimming pool on the roof and a breakfast which was just okay. For us the best thing was the day room which we could use to store the baggage after checkout, take a shower and get changed in the evening before the return flight home.

It’s at the top so the view was breathtaking. It’s very big and can look like a big resort. I really liked how it made it feel so private.

The hotel was small, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. The view was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I truly recommend this place!

Staffs were fantastic and helpful. Big shout out to front line staff Stephen, the Sri Lanka guy and Rajen? They are friendly and approachable and have attended all our need include recommending where to visit and where to eat. They even arrange for us to store our luggage and allow us to freshen up before our late evening flight. Big thank you to the two ladies who made us great breakfast every morning.

We spent two nights here and we felt really welcomed. The location is amazing close to the port, with an excellent view. I loved the interior design, colonial style.The staff was nice and friendly, the owner even offered herself to bring us to a restaurant when we weren’t able to find a taxi. The room was clean and we had also a small bad for the kid.

We had four wonderful nights at this lovely place. Maude was the best host you possibly could ask for. She really met all our wishes and did the best of breakfasts! The pool was a perfect for swimming, clean and fresh. Same with the rooms, clean and comfortably. The sunset from the balcony was just stunning. We would easily come back to this gem, thank you!

Exceptional value for money! We had a wonderful stay at Eden's Holiday Villas. The villa was spotless, everything felt new and very well maintained — the kitchen, bathroom, furniture, appliances, and even the dishes looked brand new. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into every detail, making the space both comfortable and practical. One of the highlights was the private garden with a beautiful sea view. Sitting outside in the morning or evening was incredibly relaxing and made our stay feel special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Official check-in was at 2:00 PM, but we arrived before noon and were allowed to check in early at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. Considering the quality of the accommodation, this place offers outstanding value for money. If these villas were located in one of the more developed tourist areas, they would easily cost several times more. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at . A beautiful building , impeccably clean, perfect location(10 mins walk into Victoria ) affordable car hire available onsite ,2 great restaurants within walking distance ( Marie antoinette& moloko) super friendly staff , giant tortoise in the gardens ..Great breakfast ,When I come back I’ll Stay here again .

We had an amazing experience at Amanda Villa in the Seychelles. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning and the location, high above the coastline, offered peaceful and unforgettable moments. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. Many guests, including us, were impressed with the delicious meals and friendly service throughout our stay.  What made our trip truly exceptional was the staff. Levi, the villa manager, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed—including giving us lifts to local restaurants and ensuring we felt well taken care of during our entire stay. Josephine was also wonderful, providing courteous and warm service at every meal. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and valued like family. Overall, we highly recommend Amanda Villa for anyone visiting the Seychelles—it’s a beautiful place with outstanding staff that made our holiday unforgettable! 🌞🌊

The staff and location were my favourite part about staying at this location. Waking up with an ocean view was just serene. The staff was so friendly and invested in ensuring our vacation is perfect, they helped with organising additional activities and advising on places to visit while in Seychelles. The rooms were cleaned everyday.
