From start, there was very prompt and friendly communication with the hotel, but the good stuff starts on our arrival.
We were greeted with a bottle of bubbles and cake to mark our celebrations. Mercia has done everything she could to address all my requests, including the accommodation in one of the nicest chalets. She's such a warm, friendly and engaging person. The chalets are absolutely amazing. All with fantastic views of the coast, well equipped with all you would need (including coffee machine and free coffee caps), very spacious, clean and well furnished. The swimming pool is picturesque! So beautiful with the access to the quiet beach. Restaurant is very well managed with fresh food and amazing list of cocktails. Some people here complaint about prices. Well, if you eat out in any good restaurant on the islands you will quickly realise that the prices are pretty much the same and the food quality is spot on!
We had absolutely amazing time at Canara and my only wish was for it to last longer! I'd like thank all the hard working staff that keeps the place running (special thanks to Bernadette).

LatviaThe villa was charming. It was the only one of its kind in the area and many tourists walking along the beach stopped to take pictures of it. The feeling of the 30s of the 20th century - with old but very well saved furniture, old photographs, interior items. Good size, clean pool. Great breakfast. Very pleasant villa owner. We had a late flight and were kindly allowed to stay in the villa territory until the evening. We had a very pleasant stay at this villa and if we ever come back to Mahe, Seychelles, we will definitely choose this beautiful place!

The Savoy Hotel is an absolute gem! Its modern design and stylish atmosphere create a welcoming environment from the moment you arrive. What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff, who made our stay unforgettable – a special thank you goes to Abdelfattah and Elmo, whose warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression.
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with not a single detail overlooked. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure every guest’s needs were met.
Another highlight was the incredible variety of dining options. From the selection to the quality of the dishes, everything was top-notch. A special mention goes to the Mr. Wasabnah and his team at the Pescado restaurant, where we enjoyed a truly delicious dinner – an experience we will not forget.
The Savoy Hotel was the perfect way to end our vacation, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

It is a great hotel, with outstanding ocean view. It is easy to get there from the airport, by taxi or by local bus, which stops 2 minute walk from the hotel. It has as well nice swimming pool. The personel is very nice, friendly, always willing to help. It's location is perfect , a short walk from the Royal Anse Beach. There is also a nice restaurant in the hotel, serving great Indian food. I strongly recomend that place and for sure will book the accomodation again if ever again in Mahe.

From the moment we checked in we were treated wonderfully. We even got a better room than we had booked. The room was stylish and had little surprises for us honeymooners. The hotel grounds are incredibly beautiful with lots of places to hang out, pools and beaches. Even though the hotel is big it is peaceful everywhere. The shuttle buses were convenient and the drivers were fun. The service was top notch from start to finish. We loved this hotel and will never forget it.

I had a huge room with outstanding distance from the ocean. The breakfast perfect, many selection and no limit (at least I could not reach), and there is a bar area 24/7 with lightning at night to chill and talk at night too.
Rockpool trail starts from here, the food is delicious and marvellous beach.
Everything closes at 8PM in Seychelles.

Great location. I love that the way it is build. Lovely staff and the beat facilities. We stayed at a junior suite with open bathroom with a balcony! We absolutely loved it. We had a late plane the day after, and they let us use all the facilities and they even had a shower-room we could use before leaving.

Such a wonderful location and so gorgeous inside. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Our flight was delayed by 10 hours and they cancelled our first night for us and refunded the money. Excellent service.

Absolutely not! 1. coCkroaches and ants in a room. Unpleasant welcoming. Was trying to solve issue asked for manager who never showed up. Not even one time we got a bottle of water at the beach. And you can’t swim as bottom is very stony (shoes do not help) so
Only do snorkeling but swimming is impossible and no one were swimming just chilling at shoe line. I would never back to this hotel again.

We had a wonderful experience at Lllot Beach Chalet in Seychelles. The owner, Owen, is such an amazing person and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel is incredible—it’s almost like having a private beach all to yourself. We visited as a family of nine with children and had a great time swimming and playing at the beach.
The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The two bedrooms had queen beds, with an extra bed in the second room. The terrace was spacious, with a dining table and lounge chairs to relax in.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient. There’s a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes to the city center, and a supermarket within walking distance where you can buy almost everything you need. For those evenings when you don’t feel like cooking, Hotel Bliss is just an 8-minute walk away and offers wonderful views and meals.
Owen also cooks an excellent barbecue dinner with grilled fish and chicken on lazy evenings, which was a highlight of our stay. Overall, Lllot Beach Chalet is an amazing and peaceful place to recharge. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Port Glaud is a very nice part of Seychelles. Not as busy as the North East coast near Victoria which is nicer in my opinion. Driving around the Seychelles can be a bit of an experience - my advice is to let any ‘tail gaters’ pass you.
Park up and walk to the local beaches. Visit the waterfall near the picturesque church - very nice for photos etc.

Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen.
Probably one of the best and nicest beaches I’ve ever seen. With white soft sand, clean beaches, plenty of places to hide in the natural shade. No seaweed, very few people and plenty of walking distance. Just perfect for a beautiful suntan and sunset.

The beaches here are not THAT great as for the number of...
The beaches here are not THAT great as for the number of people there. There are multiple smaller and bigger shops, markets etc. - I highly recommend to rent a car as everything is at least a 30 min walk via a steep hill. The food in restaurants is quite expensive, so I recommend looking for Take aways in Google maps (in a restaurant a burger might be 280 Rupees, in a takeaway only 40 Rupees).

Lovely long beach - very safe.
Lovely long beach - very safe. Plenty of bars and restaurants to visit with choices from takeaway creole style dishes to mid budget Italian, Indian restaurants and higher budget restaurants with fish, Italian, Japanese options. Good snorkelling and scuba diving options available from the 6-8 dive centres. Also some water sport facilities such as paddle board.
