We liked everything about this place - the premises, the beautiful park and the food. The view from the room was amazing, as was it from the heated pool. Very friendly staff. Recommendation: Drive 20 min. to Karlshamn and take a 1h ferry round-trip inbetween the small islands. Or get off at one of them to enjoy the athmosphere.

The hotel is located centrally in the city. The windows are good so that it is quite when the windows are closed. Parking can be found nearby and only needs to be paid from morning until afternoon. Information are provided prior to arrival. I found the room very cozy. Breakfast was very good and drinks (coffee, tea, juice and water) as well as small pastries and fruits are available for free throughout the day. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly. I stayed for a night longer as I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the city. I will recommend the hotel to friends.

Loved the location by the water with lots of access to local walks both urban and rural. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Great room, nice view, comfortable bed. Easy access to Karlskrona city. Walking distance from railway station, on the flat, even with large suitcase.

The views from the lounge area are great. You are right in the heart of town and the big windows allow you to see the Main Street, main square and important sites so you feel a part of it all. Other hotels in Karlskrona don’t offer that. The lounge area is lovely to hang out in and relax. The rooms are sound proof and modern and really comfortable.

Very friendly staff, great concept with half board, especially during the winter time, the room - the size and equipment. Our ferry was canceled due to weather conditions and we were traveling with a dog. The booking was done in a short notice and the room was prepared for our stay with a dog. We asked also for a breakfast to go for the next morning and the bags incl. hot drink to go were waiting for us at the reception desk. Thank you!

Very comfortable, even the bunk bed was perfectly fine. Good included breakfast, clean facilities, lovely friendly and helpful staff. It was fun having so many others going to the rock festival staying too, there was a nice community vibe and garden furniture available to sit outside and chat. Good access to the sweden rock festival too

We love the room with a balcony & pool view.

We love the room with a balcony & pool view. The terrace bar & sun beds area are spacious comfortable. It would be nice if the pool towels are free of charge & bigger. The dinner buffet in the restaurant could have better options for those who have allergies & health issues. All the hotel staff were nice & helpful to our queries. We will surely be back next summer.

My trip was for the Sweden Rockfest - a four day awesome event. The area has plenty of sunshine - like 20 hours of sunshine a day - to explore around the area. The people are super friendly too. There is a variety of city and country, beach and farmlands. Just a beautiful country.

The Naval museum was interesting and so much bigger than I had imagined. The short guided tour was interesting. Unfortunately the weather was not on the cold side, so doing the boat tours was not so enjoyable as it could have beeen. Good choice of shops in the city. Pedestsrian streets are always good.

The town doesn't strike me as somewhere to spend a lot of time. It has some interesting buildings and old streets to wander around, there are a couple of interesting museums in the centre but the reason why we go there each year is to see the sommarteater på. Karlshamns Kastell. You need to understand Swedish for this but if you do then this is highly recommended. A brilliant experience each year.

Pretty coastal town worth a visit in itself.

Pretty coastal town worth a visit in itself. Beautiful flowerpark by the marina and a relaxed atomosfphere in general. Excellent places to have lunch or dinner. Quite a few places worth a visit in the general area - including excellent sand beaches - within half an hours drive or so.

Karlskrona was a wonderful surprise for us as we were just stopping over on our way to another destination. We had some extra time, so we visited the Maritime Museum which is excellent and a must-see experience.
