I liked the hotel location, they upgraded our normal room to a suite for free which was very good. The hotel is fresh and new and has a very comfortable large room. Breakfast was good, less options for a vegetarian. Value for money.

We stayed in a Mystique room, and we really liked the bath tub and the coffee machine. The breakfast was delicious!

The location is great and the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of options to choose from. I requested a room near the elevator and I got one without any problems or additional costs. The staff is very kind and ready to help.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable, quiet rooms. Setting views of the window. The most incredible Scandinavian breakfast I’ve ever had. The food is locally sourced and clearly labeled. Huge variety to choose from. You can make your own waffles.

Everything was very comfortable, all you can expect for a hotel

The staff is very helpful and even in a busy time like Christmas, they were still very cheerful and helpful. I also liked the location of the hotel, it was so easy to go the riverside, to the museums and the library as well. Being in a cold city, walkability is important i guess :) And the hotel is an old high school which was very well renovated

We stayed here before and after a long distance cycling event. The hotel was a partner of the organizers and seems to be very bicycle friendly in general. As such we were allowed to take our bikes up to our rooms . The rooms are very spacious and there are 3 elevators which are all big enough to fit maybe 2-3 bicycles at a time. The breakfast was top quality and the sauna was also nice on the 14th floor with a pretty good view. The quality is excellent for the price. Will definitely go there again if I will come back to the area.

The location is superb - we were even lucky enough to enjoy an incredible aurora watching experience from Camp Ripan. The Spa facilities and overall experience is great. All meals were absolutely fantastic, and the staff welcoming and kind.

EVERYTHING!! This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our 3week vacation. Ellen was able to show us around and give us some history, which was absolutely fascinating. The attention to details the owner has made was remarkable. All the antique decor just adds to the historic feel of the hotel. The beds were the most comfortable we had the whole vacation. I got the best sleep there. The breakfast was awesome. I was downstairs, which made me realize there is WAY more to the hotel than the little bit that I was able to see. I would love to hear more history. I will have to research and see what I can find. It is just a BEAUTIFUL hotel with so much incredible history that you can see in every corner of every room. I LOVED IT!
