It is the first time I have stayed at this brand new hotel, but I will be sure to always stay here anytime I might again be in Erzurum. The staff was very professional and kind and helpful, and my room was just so well planned and convenient. The bed is to die for! And the breakfast was excellent! It is also convenient that you don't have to drive into the crowded center of Erzurum. I highly recommend Otel Noém!

The property is old but kept well and very clean. We had a great stay. Location is super good and close to some amazing shops and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. The room was very clean, the bed really comfortable and there were proper curtains to block sunlight in the morning. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and the quality and cleanliness was as it supposed to be for a 5 star hotel.

The place seemed to be recently renovated, was very clean. The staff were really helpful and nice. The breakfast was exceptional. The price also couldn't be more reasonable. I can just highly recommend it and will stay definitely next summer there, too.

The hotel is located in a lively neighborhood, lots of fun walking around. Overall it is a very decent hotel, but what really made it stand out for me were the people who work there. When I was already getting desperate to get to bus station on a big holiday when no taxi was coming, hotel manager took me to the bus station himself.
