It is the first time I have stayed at this brand new hotel, but I will be sure to always stay here anytime I might again be in Erzurum. The staff was very professional and kind and helpful, and my room was just so well planned and convenient. The bed is to die for! And the breakfast was excellent! It is also convenient that you don't have to drive into the crowded center of Erzurum. I highly recommend Otel Noém!

Our stay at Dedeman Palandöken Ski Lodge Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The highlight of our experience was the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thanks to Nihat Bey for his warm hospitality, Kerem Bey, the head of operations, for his professionalism, and Mehmet Bey for assisting us with our room. I also want to acknowledge the kind blonde lady who took such great care of our family – her name slips my mind, but her exceptional service will always be remembered. The hotel itself is spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The location is unbeatable, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the ski slopes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
