It is super conveniently located. The rooms were large with comfortable beds. The toiletries and extras like robes were a welcome addition, not to mention the complimentary trail mix, popcorn and waters in the lobby. Everything was just wonderful!

We loved staying at The Lodge. Family of four of which two where teenagers. We love the convenience of being on the mountain and the wonderful views to the mountain. We didn’t want to leave! 5 minute walk to slopes ( without gear). Shuttle ran every half hour if you did not want yo walk. The ski storage room is right at the front door, so you can drop your gear there. A hot drinks stand ( coffee tea hot chocolate) also by the front door so very much appreciated, so nice to have a hot drink when you come in frozen. The spa pools ( two outdoor one indoor ) again perfect for soaking after being out in the cold. Beds where very comfortable plenty of pillows. Small kitchen so we cooked a few meals. Staff where exceptionally friendly and greeted us everyday when we came in. Super nice people

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is right in the mountain village. We booked a studio room and we thought the price was great. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade into a one- bedroom suite, which was huge and beautiful. The decor is fun all throughout the hotel. The staff were kind, welcoming and helpful. We even got evening turn-down service. We enjoyed a complimentary breakfast that was so delicious. Everything about our stay brought us joy!

I believe that thetown and people who own or tend to the shops, restaurants, etc. appreciate and respect visitors and their business. However, private ranchers, local hunters, and a few local radical democrats, dislike folks who I think resent out of state people who are republicans, honest folks, that are safe hunters, respect property owners and land rights. This was my 3d visit to Ennis in three years. My first two were better than this last visit. Previously I thought that I would like to buy a place in or near Ennis and move there, but this last visit has changed my mind. You have a nice market and and town, but attitudes of local people appear to have changed. Perhaps it is because our entire country has changed for the worst.

This is a wonderful property with very nice owners and staff. The restaurant on site has great food and a nice bar. The views of the mountains are beautiful and there is plenty of area for walking your dog. The rooms are cabins and very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will be going back to stay there.

On a previous visit we thought the ski-ing to be great, however, this time the snow was not as good. Things could be improved by better grooming of the runs and by adding some more lifts. The queues this time were the worst we've seen in USA. The cost of lift tickets is high considering the previous paragraph. The resort itself has not improved since our last visit when we thought it not good. Few restaurants, lots of snack eateries.

On a very busy road. Cabins need some updating. The view from the cabin was the back of one cabin and the back of some rec vehicles. I ate once in the restaurant and it was good - the bar is well stocked. I only used the cabin to sleep in as I traveled around everyday. There isn't anything in Cameron.

Big Sky is an fantastic ski area with terrain for all abilities. Views are amazing. We were there on a weekend and did not encounter too much of an issue with lift lines, etc. We found staying right at the base was the reason our experience was so great. We easily walked to lifts and restaurants, etc. Off base would have been frustrating. Shuttle lines were very long and traffic to and from the Resort via car was heavy. Highly recommend the Yurt Dinner experience. Expensive but very unique and lots of fun.
