The location was perfect, I walked everywhere and traveling solo felt safe even at night. I really enjoyed staying in the heart of the Old Town Key West and this hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and luxurious. very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice. the room is like a tiny studio apartment where you have a small kitchen a table and a fridge. some rooms have also a small patio. the room was clean, the furniture new. there was also a nice pool. we stayed there only for 2 nights but there were people staying there for weeks.

Location was fantastic! We loved sitting on the deck and watching the water and boats passing by. We appreciated that we were both right at the hub of Key West, and that Pier House felt cozy and separate from the hubbub. The resort was gorgeous--the landscaping was lush and beautiful. We loved having private beach access, beach loungers, the warm pool, the fitness center, the hot tub. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated all the dresser drawers and counter space for our belongings. We had a delicious breakfast at One Duval. We liked the live music. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late.
