The location was great, with a shopping mall, Barnes and Nobles, and many restaurants at five minutes walking distance. Breakfast was okay, but the indoor pool was awesome especially for the winter weather. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed biking along the waterfront.

I really enjoyed biking along the waterfront. We did not have a car and were only in the down town area. Church street was nice with nice restaurants but I was disappointed about the neighboring streets.

country Dream and bankers orchard were great for our 2 yr old. Applebees Restaurant was not good. delay in getting a table because the server was on break. food was bland and exoensive. Overcharged for beer (only found out when I got the bill.) Summary, Not recommended.

Prior to this visit at La cache en Lac Champlain I attended a wedding at Chateau Venise where we stayed for 4 days. Both trips were in October. On the second trip there was road work that created some delays for us.

make sure closed caption is working for Deaf people to be able watch the news... pool open earlier at 6 am do laps before going to work or business. hot water ran out by the time I wake up at 5. make sure hot water can last for showering

This was a great location and spot when we looked for it.

This was a great location and spot when we looked for it. When we got there, we loved the wintery atmosphere and the location surrounding it with plenty to see and do. When we got there, there was a major issue with our booking where something severe glitched out with our booking, but the response from the staff when that happened made us feel better right away and couldn't have been friendlier to us. We were so happy with the staff there and gave us the welcome feeling along with the privacy when needed. I would recommend to any couple.

loved all the parks and green space.

loved all the parks and green space. Beautiful waterfront area- lots of places to picnic. Lovely pedestrian marketplace with shops and restaurants. One negative was many homeless people camping on some of the sidewalks.

The staff was kind and very helpful!

The staff was kind and very helpful! The rooms were very clean and comfy! The only problem I had was I couldn’t get the hot water to work the night bf we left but I’m not sure if they shut it off at night or what but it worked bf that so not sure what happened there but other than that i wouldn’t change a thing. The beach was close by and other activities like fun city and play grounds for the kids and restaurants everywhere! They have camp grounds close by with lots of fun activities to do there as well!

This is a great place for a stop over when driving to or from Montreal or Quebec City or the Laurentians to the US. It's close to the border, and the lake is beautiful. La Cache provides a truly civilized place to stay with a great restaurant, though we didn't find any other dining options.

Plenty of options to do!

Plenty of options to do! Boating, hiking, resturants, ICE CREAM, and favorite spot Isle la Motte, St Anne's Shrine for Sunday outdoor mass, beautiful grounds along the lake to enjoy! So easy to get around! Rt 2!! know it well!! Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Shore Acres, DELICIOUS and perfect atmosphere for a special occasion.

I love Vermont.

I love Vermont. The city of Burlington is not the highlight. The Shelburne Museum outdoor space with historic buildings and thousands of interesting antique artifacts was amazing. I spent two full days there. It's very close to Burlington. There is nothing like it.
