Quirky & very thoughtfully designed hotel. We fully enjoyed the short Thanksgiving getaway with such a cool hotel and cozy town! Staff were very friendly & our room was very comfortable. Two great, small bars on property to start or end the evening! We will enjoy visiting in the summer as well!

We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

A true Gem in the Hamptons ! To be honest I’ve stayed in many resorts around the world , starting from four seasons ending to some budget hotel, but this one is a place which is a true hidden gem and discovery ! Perfect location , right next to the beach , fantastic views, amazing smells, super clean, outstanding service , top house keeping service , spacious rooms, the balconies give it an extra charm, super clean pool. Perfection in details , complimentary water, shower gel, enough towels . Just in love with this place . For the price you pay you get a 5 star service ! That impressed that it’s my first time I even write a review !

Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

I have stayed at many places in Southampton. This place was great. Parking right out front. Rooms are large bright and clean. Bathroom is a good size. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Water and coffee maker. Toiletries. Lobby with fireplace and staff very friendly. Walking distance to everything in Southampton. It was a pleasure.

Loved that we could reserve our beach chairs and umbrellas for the next day - made life so easy! Also loved that we were allowed to make fires on the beach at night with metal tubs. The location was amazing and the house keepers did a great job at keeping our unit sand-free.

The location is beautiful: on the marina, with two nice pools, not too big. There are a lot of activities we can do (boat tour, paddle, yoga, bike). The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and the amenities lovely.

Cute town, perfect for short trips.

Cute town, perfect for short trips. Lots to do with friendly locals. Food at the restaurants was amazing and the little shops had everything you can think of. Anthony's Pancake House has dulce de leche French toast that's to die for!

Although we stayed for 2 days, we could've stayed 4 days. There is a lot to do in the surrounding areas. Greenport is a cute town with cute stores and fabulous restaurants. Surrounding areas such as Southhold have wonderful restaurants as well. Taking the ferry over to Shelter Island for the day was fun and exciting. We also took the ferry from the south end of shelter island to Sag Harbor. Had lunch at Sag Pizza which was delish

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly the bed was comfortable.The bathroom had men's hairs from someone shaving their face and neck on the sink. There was men's hairs around the sink that was not clean prior to renting the space The bathroom could have been wiped down better. The room and the bathroom also had a bad odor.

Check in was the only issue I had

Check in was the only issue I had We arrived at the hotel after 3am where we weren’t greeted We were told automatically that we would have to wait 10 mins for us to be checked in That wasn’t the issue The issue I had with checking in was the hotel representative at front desk He needed a confirmation number which I gave him from the email received after booking He ended up having to take my phone to get the confirmation information After he got it he proceeded to put my phone on the counter top instead of handing it back to me and then sanitized his hands I felt very disrespected with the fact that he didn’t hand my phone back to me and santinitized immediately which I understand But to not hand my phone back to me and placing it on the counter top was beyond rude He just told us the room number and that was it Worse experience ever checking in at a hotel This will/would be my only reason for not returning to this location,other wise place was clean and the bed was comfortable

The bed was terrible very worn and rooms smell like smoke, also thinking long term people living there as they just stand in the door ways or sit in doorways in chairs smoking. The light in the parking lot lights your room all night very very bright. Restaurant on property is not open.

We went for my son's wedding.

We went for my son's wedding. East Hampton was similar to Hilton Head; Emerald Isle for scenery. The public beaches were far from where we stayed; but close if you have someone who has beach access (as we did). Not somewhere we would vacation again; but can say we have been and seen it.

The hotel is pretty to look at and the rooms and service are terrific. It is especially nice if you have family or friends in the area, but there are plenty of things to see and do on Long Island. We were there three days to see family, but are looking forward to returning next year.

Southampton is a very quiet and enjoyable Eastern Long...

Southampton is a very quiet and enjoyable Eastern Long Island town. It has two scenic and historic Catholic churches, a quiet downtown, a historic cemetery, and a very pretty central park. The Parrish museum is also nearby. It is a good place to visit for a couple of hours and then move on.

Stony Brook is a gorgeous town of historic homes on magnificent properties. It is delightful to drive through. There are many charming stores and restaurants and historic sites to see as well as coastal waters and walking areas. It is only 5 miles from the bustling town of Port Jefferson and an oasis from the businesses. The ferry makes it convenient from all areas.
