We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

Right off boardwalk. Sea air everywhere. Lovely morning breakfast. And delicious. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Would return today! But we do plan to return...the cheese shop & Seagrass restaurant we're tops and on the same street. Staff were all wonderful.

From check in to check out, this is the best service I have ever seen, the reception staff is very courteous, the waiter at dinner was awesome, he recommended great food and drinks from the on-site restaurant, breakfast was great, the waiter at breakfast had very nice conversation and interaction with my family and helped us get settled at breakfast, the hot tub made me relax and the kids too, the pool was amazing, the room was clean, huge and comfy, we had room 114, near the pool, they had a well stocked shop if you needed anything, I will definitely come back, it was a very nice break...

It was so clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay feel incredibly comfortable. What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding service from Murrad and Anwar. They were both so friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether it was answering my questions, or ensuring my needs were met, they went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and clean place to stay.

    The staff went above and beyond. Such a warm greeting. Carried out bags. Gave us advice. Opened up the pool even though I was the only one wanting to go in the pool in the cold weather! Swimming pool was awesome. Drinks and coffee were lovely. Pool table and all the music memorabilia were so fun. The whole place was super stylish and comfy.

    By far the worst experience of my life! I've traveled around the world for the last 50 years, but I had never experienced such a terrible experience as I did at the Howard Johnson EWA ! I strongly recommend you eliminate that hotel from the listing!

    We were traveling from central PA to visit the Statue of Liberty and didn't want to make the trip in one day, so we decided to get lodging the night prior to our day trip. We debated on whether to stay in New Jersey or New York. We searched for rooms and this motel in Jersey City seemed like a good choice. It was perfect. We walked to a coffee shop in Jersey City and felt quite safe. We passed many solo joggers, mothers with small children and bicyclists. The part of the city we were in was very clean. We were pleasantly surprised.

    After landing at Liberty, we rented a car for our tours of NYC. Finding and paying for parking in NYC was a difficulty I could live without. Fortunately, most tolls were paid with the car rental agreement. The Secaucus location was perfect for driving, but the buses stop right outside the hotel. If it were available to guests, more information on bus routes to the City's main attractions, as well as details on paying for bus and subway toll passes and wheelchair accessibility, would be helpful and might change how a traveler chooses to get around.

    Nice secure area, mind the pavements they may be bumpy (though getting fixed from time to time), close to NYC, tunnel takes its time but was never extreme, nice small neighborhoods, great view on NYC, nice shopping (mall, low price shops, dine-in)

    Princeton is a beautiful and interesting place to visit.

    Princeton is a beautiful and interesting place to visit. There is so much history and art to explore and study . Such an accessible town to walk about. It's impossible to be bored here. Lots of attention to beauty and presentation: architecture and landscape . Since this was a family visit, I didn't have enough time to enjoy the musical offerings. We'll be back.

    parking should be free its customers. It cost us an extra $100 which we were unaware of the daily price of parking until we got the charge. There was nothing showing how much it will cost us for parking - transparency. towels / wash clothes seem to be in short supply ever time we asked, so we had to keep going back / forth. Staff was great in their jobs / helpful. Location was great.

    Don’t stay in New Jersey to save money , if you are visiting New York ( Manhattan ) you will end up paying a lot for transportation. Add that money and stay in city center .you can save money and energy

    The town is kind of a stripmall and conference center wasteland but everybody we chatted with in shops was friendly and accommodating of weirdos. We picked up groceries at the Whole Foods to make sandwiches in our hotel room, didn't eat at any restaurants. We enjoyed the event we were in town to attend but did not really see the sights otherwise. Getting around requires a car and can be stressful.

    We were not staying in Edison to enjoy Edison. we were there to take the NJY to Penn station NYC then subway to attractions in NYC. Enjoyed the Met, Museum of Natural History, a show "pirates" - loved David Hyde Pierce as the Major General. Enjoyed our favorite food joints.
