Very helpful staff despite language barrier Great breakfast

In my opinion, Oasis is great value for money; much nicer than staying in one of the far more expensive hotels nearby. Here, you get your own comfortable little apartment and, no matter which one you get, it's no more than just a few short steps through the beautiful gardens from a pool. Nice restaurant as well, with well prepared food and friendly staff. Always my choice when I visit Arapay!

The pools - and especially the associated thermal water park/spa - were amazing. Unlike anything I've ever seen in any other part of the world. Really fun for the entire family. We all loved that part.

Nice and attentive staff. Good facilities. For semana de turismo there was entertainment program every day. They have restaurant with reasonable prices that works all day. Children friendly.

The place is incredible: it is situated in a huge area with many different pools with thermal water. All of them slightly different, but all really well maintained. A fantastic location to wind down and relax. The building itself is rather dated and in a way charming, but some aspects could be renovated.

Rooms were really nice and both pools were lovely. The breakfast in the morning was also good and the staff were very friendly and let us stay longer in our room whilst we waited for our bus.
