This hotel is amazing. We had a suite overlooking the waterhole. This simply makes the whole experience of feeling you are in Africa. We saw an elephant, buffalo, impala, warthogs and kudu just sitting on our balcony. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom spacious with a large shower with powerful water pressure. Comfy sofas and chair downstairs. Bar fridge with beer, wine and soft drinks refilled daily. The staff here are outstanding. Helpful smiling faces wherever you go. Restaurant and bar service staff were very attentive and always available. Breakfast was plentiful and great standard. We loved the Buffalo bar for drinks and dinner, watching the sunset. Pool deck is great, overlooking the waterhole. Nice pool and great for cooling off. We travel a lot and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed in around the world. Highly recommend it.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.
