Everything was absolutely exceptional. We really appreciated the free refillable water bottles that we were given - they were a pleasant surprise. We also really enjoyed the inclusion of a free tram ride early in the morning to see the falls from the Victoria Falls bridge where we were not only shown the views, but also told the history of the bridge’s construction.

Friendly and very helpful staff, comfortable facilities, cleanliness. It was my very first time in VF, and I was lost as to how to organize the activities and enjoy my stay. Chengethai and Feeny (the Managers) were exceptionally efficient and effective in ensuring that all my activities were timely booked and everything went as planned, yes, beyond my expectations; they even allowed a late check out to accommodate my flight time. Solomon and Pride did the waiting and gave good recommendations on foods and drinks, and good tips to enjoy my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, and very comfortable. The food prepared by Innocent (the Chef), is exceptionally delicious, just try their Zimbabwean beef, a divine delicacy. In a nutshell, I can assure you that if you go to VF, and choose Nkosi Guest Lodge, the staff will take good care of you. As a solo traveller, I didn't have any concerns, but to just enjoy myself, since all my activities were duly cared for.

This hotel is beautiful and quiet. All the rooms face a garden courtyard area in the center. The rooms were comfortable and large. We absolutely loved the staff! They were always friendly and helpful. When our flight was moved, we almost had to cancel a helicopter ride. But the staff helped us work with the helicopter company and rearrange things so we could still go. We ate in the restaurant each evening. The food was really good and… Once again… The staff were there to chat and laugh with.

Loved the accommodations, fabulous open living and bedroom - bathroom had a tub which I love! Breakfast was lovely. Dinner excellent. It was nice to have a shuttle but odd the way it worked. I think having your own car is better. We went on one game drive which was nice to see the rhino. Our driver drove too fast and I didn’t like that. He also spoke in his language to people in the safari vehicle who, Btw they were not staying at either property. Love the animals coming to the water hole every evening.
