Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. Everything. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need: pasta, spices,coffee, tea,sugar,cookies e much more. There is soap shampoo lotion many towels and so on in bathroom and there is also a washing machine! There is even a little patio for smokers.Michela was great, very friendly, she let me stay until late afternoon,because I was waiting for an apartment to move to....

Tranquil location, welcoming and helpful staff, large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom, sitting room, kitchen with dining table, and small balcony table overlooking the valley. There is a Restaurant, bar, outdoor pool, and kids areas. We had breakfast included and there was a large selection of organic and local foods. We chose to have dinner and the talented chef Frederico provided us with excellent food and service. Mirca and her staff were very helpful with check in/check out, suggestions about towns to visit, and answering any questions. We will come back!

The hotel is nestled on the top of the tuscan hills. It is a beautiful spot in a little town with 10 residents. It was fantastic having an apartment which was quite spacious. The cleaners were excellent - coming every day. The food was exceptional - breakfast and dinner. It was great to chill by the pool.
