Our room was quiet big with large bedroom area, living area and bathroom The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and lovely 2 swimming pool on the different side on the sun Benedict eggs and pumpkin salad must try for the breakfast 1 day we had earlier excursion and wasn’t able to do breakfast so guys prepared us lunch boxes with cool breakfast (need to order 1 day before) 3 mins to the beach. Would like to thank The Surin Team for having me. Marvellous beach, and I mean it. Great service, attention to details, like bringing me a birthday cake, excellent cleanliness, especially loved signature cookies before bedtime, every evening cookies were different that made me wait for them even more. I don’t know who are you cookie maestro, you’re great. Complimentary water in the hotel was also very helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of options. Accommodation was very comfortable - the bed, and the selection of pillows. On the first night when I arrived I could hear the neighbours, because I was put in a cottage adjacent to another, made a call and was moved in no time to another individual cottage, and my stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Few things to mention: STAIRS are real. If you’re in the hillside cottage be ready to walk a lot. I thought it’s no big deal, as I do lots of sports, trust me it was. Especially if you realise you forgot something in your room and you have to go back. DESIGN is timeless classic. It’s extremely well maintained, however if you’re into modern style like me, the design might feel a bit old.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

I was checked in very late night and reception was very welcome with smiling face. Thank you Miew for warm welcome . Also we got an upgrade to suite room , the room was good for a couple . Highly recommended !!! Lastly thank you Mai and Fah who were farewell us upon check out, we’ll be back again for sure !!!

1. The environment is clean, quiet, beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 2. Compare with the hotel nearby, it is not expensive but the quality is excellent. Near the hotel, it has beach, restaurant, 7-11 and some massage shops. It is good for relaxing and eating. 3. It has a lovely cat always follow me, so lovely.

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.

We had an amazing time in this hotel. Location is superb, Bangtao beach was safe, calm and great, plenty of massage and dining oportunities. Manager mr Daniel was extremely helpful when we had air con problems in one of the rooms and offered solution immediately. There was written apology in the room and flowers and fruits were provided. We never had such amazing service in Thailand. Pool water was very clean and warm, but sometimes there was lack of sunbeds and sunumbrellas. Breakfast was of great choice and allways fresh.
