“The customer service was excellent! The manager was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place is a little outdated, but it made it feel like we were staying with friends/family in a small city... which is what you are doing. If you are looking for a resort style stay, then you probably should go to a different city... maybe Flagstaff or Sedona.”
“Very short drive to the Polar Express. Pet-friendly resort. Good value for the money.”
“Nice breakfast, great room and great location. Way WAY better value for money, that the Grand Canyon Resort itself.”
“Very clean and well kept. 1960's vibe is very in keeping with the town. Good value for resort town. Easy hour drive to the Canyon. Easy walk to downtown diners and bars.”
“Very friendly. Always greeted with a smile, and made us feel appreciated. Breakfast was comfy and fresh. The "staying at grandma's" type feeling. We enjoyed just sitting on the front porch while the kids messed around with the snow. The heater was preset in the room, and kept us warm and toasty throughout a very cold couple of days. Very close to the Elk Ridge ski resort, and of course you can walk along the route66 shops on the same street.”
