March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

This is an amazing, new hotel. In the rooms smells like fresh and new. The SPA and pools are great. The whole team is very kind. The food in the restautant is exquisite. The view from the hotel to Tsari Mali Grad is impressive. We had a wonderful experience.

Ana was an absolute great host, Triple checked with us if everything was ok. Even changed some fresh towels midway through our stay. The place was very clean, had everything you needed and a good temperature when its cold outside.

A very nice and well-located hotel, quiet and peaceful. The on-site restaurant offers very tasty food and good beer. Extremely friendly staff, and a beautiful woman who was waiting for me saved my life, because even despite the late hour I was able to enjoy a delicious dinner. Thank you.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like VIPs :) pools, activities, food, accommodation were all more than we expected. It was also really clean. We stayed from a Monday until Wednesday so it was not very crowded, but enough people to have a fun vibe.

A wonderful hotel with excellent service, located just 20 minutes from the Borovets ski slopes. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a quiet getaway. The mineral pool is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to combine skiing with relaxation.

We had a wonderful weekend away at Iglika Hotel - the location is great, quiet, safe. Very cosy and beautiful hotel, modern facilities and modern furnish. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they made us feel so welcome! A range of massages which require pre-booking the day before but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
