Had a great time! Place was large and most of all very light due to all the large windows. Great view. Decorated in modern colours. (It has a Dutch feel to it). Checking in was very efficient via a booth in the parking area. A plastic green "watch" with a chip functions as a key to the cottage, the swimmingpool, the spa, the lockers and as a wallet for paying for drinks or items in the shops. We booked a place for 4, just for the two of us, however, it would have also hosted 4 people easily. We hosted a brief gathering of 9 people without a problem. It had two spacious bathrooms including a comfortable shower. The Swimmingpool is fun, more for families with children than for couples who need a rest or want to swim longer distances. However, the tropical surroundings and the warm temperatures gave it a comfortable feeling. The spa is more for couples. It has a good number of different saunas and a salt room. (Bring your own soap). The spa costs extra but it is worth it. Going for dinner is possible too. Despite the large crowds, we received our food fairly quickly. Cooking is no problem. The kitchen comes well-equipped. The centre also has a supermarket with a small bakery. The animation team got everyone dancing and singing, the kids screaming. Hilarious to watch. The setting, in the middle of a large green park but not too far from the village, is just perfect. In short, we had a great time.

This charming 4-star hotel offers modern, cosy accommodation just outside the village of Neuastenberg, 5 km from the town centre of Winterberg, in the heart of the Upper Sauerland region. Perfect location! just a few steps to ski resorts and the balcony view of our holiday house is the sled slope :) We booked 3 houses and they granted our request to make the units close to each other. House 515/516/517 were reserved for us - the houses are all clean and looks really new. Cozy living rooms and comfortable beds! Receptionist are also friendly and easy to communicate with. After check out, they still allow us to use the swimming pool and sauna. We were really satisfied with our weekend stay!
