I Kemijärvi, 46 kilometer fra Suomu Mountain, ligger Jauri Resort, som har et privat strandområde, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. I’m not sure there’s enough to space to properly express how much we loved Jauri Resort. From the moment we arrived (and found out they had upgraded us for our 11 night stay) we were in love. Firstly, the staff was very communicative even before we arrived. We had to arrange a late check in, which was no problem at all. Once we were settled in to our beautiful cabin we realized Jauri is the best of both worlds. If you’re a traveller who prefers a self-sufficient Airbnb style place - this can be it. You have a kitchen and a private sauna and everything you need for an independent holiday. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked, it’s the perfect little apartment. However, if having a convenient restaurant steps from your door is something you want, they have that too. We enjoyed every meal we ate there. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful and will organize anything you need. Tours can be started from your front door. We happened to stay during a cold snap (sub -35°) and after our little hybrid rental car decided to freeze up the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. They organized a late check out and helped us find the easiest way to the airport. And all of this while being so lovely and friendly. My reviews seldom run this long, but in this case it is necessary. Both my husband and I can 100%, whole heartedly recommend Jauri Resort. We’re already trying to decide when to come visit again. I Posio, 45 kilometer fra Riisitunturi National Park, ligger Livo Arctic Resort, som har en restaurant og gratis privat parkering. The stay was fantastic! The hospitality (thanks Darius!) was top-notch from arrival until departure. The cabins were also unique from any other place I have stayed in Finland and it was refreshing. They were spacious, cozy, and perfect for those wanting to see the northern lights in a dark area.

Salla Wilderness Lodges ligger i Salla i Finske Lappland, 3,1 kilometer fra Salla (fjell). Overnattingsstedet har en restaurant og en terrasse i tillegg til boblebad. Wow you need to experience this

I Pyhätunturi, 18 kilometer fra Amethyst Mine, ligger Kurula's Resort, som har et privat strandområde, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. The location by the lake, the beautiful view of the woods and lake from the balconies. The northern lights apparently can be perfectly seen from the balconies, but we weren’t lucky to have them. The room was spacious, there was a well equipped kitchenette and the bathroom is big. And there was a spacious sauna! One of the beds faces the big windows directly, another was in a separate room that we did not use but would be very good for children. For fee and with reservations there is access to a large sauna and jacuzzi by the lake, so that a dip in the lake is possible. We did not do that, too cold for us!

Aurora Queen Resort Igloos ligger i Saariselka og tilbyr en bar. Dette 5-stjerners ferieanlegget har et treningsstudio i tillegg til rom med klimaanlegg, gratis WiFi og eget bad. Thanks Nina & Pasi, We had a wonderful experience at Aurora Queen, with its amazing staff, delicious food, great views and everything there! It was a fantastic stay! We had a great birthday celebration with Nina’s surprise! Have to mention that the food at Aurora Queen is also far beyond our expectations! I’ll definitely recommend my friends and come back again someday. Some of my friends already are asking me for recommendations when they saw my pictures.

Northern Lights Village Levi ligger i Sirkka, og har en hage. Overnattingsstedet har fasiliteter som en terrasse og bar. Resepsjonen er døgnåpen. EVERYTHING!!! I even saw the aurora from my cabin 😍

Ranua Resort Arctic Igloos tilbyr innkvartering i iglo i Ranua, med imponerende utsikt over den finske Lapplandshimmelen og den nærliggende innsjøen Ranuanjärvi. It was very cozy and clean.Watching the Aurora from your bed was once In a lifetime experience. The sauna was added bonus. The staff were really helpful. The location next to the lake was very pretty and peaceful.

Apukka Resort is in Apukka, just 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi. The property features multiple saunas, including an ice sauna, igloo sauna and movable saunas. Everything really. The place, the activities, the food, the staff.

Aurora Village Ivalo ligger i Ivalo, og tilbyr hytter med glasstak, slik at du kan se nordlyset fra sengen. Flott sted inn i skogen hvor interiør og annet sto i stil med stedet. Og MEGET hyggelig betjening :)
