Apukka Resort is in Apukka, just 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi. The property features multiple saunas, including an ice sauna, igloo sauna and movable saunas. We love everything in Apukka Resort!!! Everything is perfect!!! Lake view is gorgeous, the room is comfort to stay and fully equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. The important is we very lucky to see the northen light and beautiful sunrise during our stay.

Set by Lake Kilpisjärvi off the E8 motorway, this resort is within 7 km of the Swedish and Norwegian borders. It offers cottages and apartments with private saunas, full kitchens and free Wi-Fi. Location was perfect. Holy mountain Saana on the one side, beautiful Kilpisjärvi lake on the other side, several reindeer strolling around. The accommodation had all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. Great location for daily hikes around. Even the Norwegian fjords are a mere half-hour car ride away. Kilpisjärvi is my favourite area in Finland so far - highly recommended for all hiking and nature enthusiasts.

It is a charming city away from Rovaniemi, it was a bit of scary ride of 2h30min over snow and icy roads. But getting there, we love everything about the place, our room was perfect, the pictures are as true as the experience. We had our private sauna and jacuzzi which we spoiled ourselves everyday. Breakfast and dinner was nice at the receptiom. The place is near to all attraction ski and the middle of nowhere views. We will be returning as we are in love with everything here! We even saw the northern lights from our room.

Objekat Kurula's Resort, koji se nalazi u gradu Pyhätunturi, na 18 km od znamenitosti Amethyst Mine, nudi smeštaj sa privatnom plažom, besplatnim privatnim parkingom, zajedničkim salonom i terasom. Absolutely loved our stay at Kurula's. We got the premium chalet that sleeps 4 even though it was just the 2 of us. It was extremely comfortable and not to mention luxurious. The room has a fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and best of all, your own Sauna which we made full use of! The views from the balcony is nothing short of a postcard. If you are taking a car rental I would highly recommend staying at Kurula's VS the city center because even the drive is picturesque and well worth it. Dalia and Haili at the reception was extremely helpful and super friendly to talk to. They really want you to make most of your visit. Despite being far from the city center, it is very close to the amethyst mine which is a unique experience in itself. If lucky you would get to see the northern lights from your very own balcony if the clouds are not there. We can't wait to get back to experience other seasons there!

Objekat Aurora Queen Resort Igloos je smešten u gradu Sariselka i u ponudi ima bar. We have a great time there thanks to the owner Nina and her husband, they have effectively arranged everything as we like, we feel warmly welcomed and the resort is upscale, comfortable and home feeling for vacation

Located in Sirkka, Northern Lights Village Levi offers a garden. Among the various facilities are a terrace and a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk. Everything was amazing. Seeing the Northern lights dance above your head at night is something I will never forget. We didn't want to leave. Food and service was excellent. The bedding was divine. Would not change a thing!!! The kids had a blast sledding and meeting other kids in the playroom area

Quiet place, very helpfull staff, long walk, but doable to city centre. Seeing northern lights from the igloo was another level of experience

Smeštajni objekat Aurora Village Ivalo se nalazi u mestu Ivalo i nudi brvnare sa staklenim krovom, nudeći mogućnost gledanja polarne svetlosti iz kreveta. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Every single one of them was kind and went out of their way to help me with whatever needed. Very smiling, supportive, one of them even learned some words in my language to greet me. The food was outstanding, as the ambience in the restaurant. Breakfast could have more variety, but the dinners were fantastic. The accommodations are clean, and the hotel is very sustainable-oriented. They offer a lot of different activities, such as free hikes in the hotel itself, saunas, and nature activities. I did the river paddle and it was a great experience, the guide too was excellent. I saw some beautiful auroras. Taxis in the region are expensive, there are no public transportation, so it’s worth to get the transfer that the hotel offers. Honestly, a great experience!

Set in Saariselkä, Northern Lights Village Saariselkä features a restaurant, bar and free WiFi. Free parking is available. Superb Experience! we got to see the northern lights on our aurora cabin. Friendly staff in the resto esp Buzz and May, very accommodating :)

Set on a private beach area of Lake Iso-Vietonen, these cottages are within 50 minutes’ drive of Rovaniemi and Pello. Each features a private sauna, free WiFi and lake-view terrace. Everything about our stay in Napapiirin Jarvilomat was absolutely perfect. The place where we stayed exceeded all expectations: it was quiet, private, and immaculately clean, with a feeling of newness and great attention to detail. We truly enjoyed the peace and comfort — everything was just ideal.
