We ended our vacation at Faros and it was such a wonderful relaxing stay. It is a family owned and run resort and they take great care in making their guests feel comfortable. The pool was great and there is a public beach just a short 5-10 min walk.

Чотиризірковий готель Dolphin Bay розташований у затоці Галіссас, лише за 7 км від столиці острова Сірос. Gorgeous beachfront location. Hotel staff friendly and went above and beyond for anything you may need. Huge pool area. Very safe area. Galissas is very authentic and a completely unique and very relaxing place to stay. Feels like home.

Very comfortable stay, with a really beautiful view sat out at the small table on the terrace. The location is fantastic, we didn't rent a car and had no regrets. An easy walk to Lotos beach, or to Kini for the beach, bars, restaurants, and a couple of small shops. Once the heat of the day is easing off, the coastal route to Delfini beach is lovely too (~30 mins walk). There's a bus to Ermoupoli and then we walked up to Ano Syros (I believe there's another bus we could have taken for that leg too). We also took a very fun boat trip from Kini to see the north west of the island. And Hector kindly helped us out by organising a taxi to a nearby winery and by offering recommendations, as well as bringing some snacks freshly baked by his mother A relaxing spot and an ideal base to explore a lovely island
