I’d also like to highlight the staff’s kindness, as they were extremely polite, helpful, and highly professional – a strong reason why we will definitely return in the future. We came to explore the island just for 2 days, but decided to stay for the whole time bacause it was so perfect in every way!

Their kindness, attentiveness and warmth are something rare to find. They are always willing to help in a genuine and natural way, never forced. Every small detail of their service was fantastic and made our experience even more special. Without a doubt, the people who work here are the reason we will return. The Hotel Kastara is really good, staff is always nice and eager to make you feel welcome. Rooms are big and comfortable and the view is amazing in the morning. We booked a tour to see west bali and the guide (Merta) was really friendly and funny, we had a great time. Breakfast is good and you can choose anything from the menu.
