Set in Rishīkesh, 9 km from Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Veda5 Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat is a resort that features a garden and a restaurant. This resort offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. I was surrounded with warm hospitality during the whole stay , also I liked Ayurvedic plant-based meals that were incredibly delicious. This place and retreat offered the perfect balance of authentic yogic teachings, holistic healing and deep relaxation.
