Location, views of the mountain, Spa, service and care given by all the staff, quality and variety of food. Ragini, the guest relationship manager took special care of us. Also, Lokendra attended efficiently to all our special requests. Akhilesh the bar tender made refreshing drinks for us. Rajatawa and Sudeshna took special care of us during all meals. There was hygiene and workers were friendly and cooperative. The view was really good. We could see Himalayan ranges too and the view from terrace was awesome.
