The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the center of Capri. All staff were very kind. Breakfast was very good quality. We really liked rooms with balcony. They stated that they upgraded our room, this was very kind. Swimming pool area was very nice. We would like to thank the reception and restaurant staff for their kind services.

Rachel made our stay great, she was very helpful and she completely managed our stay, making all kind of arrangements for us, like boat rentals and restaurant reservations!
