Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly nice. The room and the bathroom are big, clean, and really nice! The hotel is epic Beds are comfortable Rooms are clean Breakfast I would give it 9/10 Special Thanks to Asem AlOmari, Ahmad at the check in, and Asma at the restaurant. Valley Resort is an excellent option to stay in wadi rum. It is comfortable, well managed and with a great staff who go out of the way to facilitate the guests. The manager Mr Mehmood deserves a special mention in this regard.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The resort is very nice and had good facilities. Our daughter enjoyed the kids club. The spa experience is above expected, it was very clean and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very kind and offered our daughter a decorated pancake :) .... Great experience overall, will visit again.
