Offering an outdoor pool and restaurant, The Villa is set in Diani Beach in the Coast Region, 700 metres from The Diani Beach Shopping Centre. They say the best things happen when you least plan or expect them, and that’s exactly what happened with this accommodation. We changed our travel plans, canceled a previously booked stay, and ended up at this hotel through a last-minute offer—a slice of paradise on earth, because that’s exactly what this place was. From the outside, you’d never guess the gem waiting within. The hotel is, of course, exclusive, and the price is higher than what we paid this time, but every bit of luxury offered is worth it. The interior design is top-notch—stylish decor, elegant furniture, and stunning artwork on the walls, which I eagerly captured in my photos. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and warm. The breakfast was like that of a five-star hotel. The in-room refrigerators were stocked with complimentary refreshing drinks. On a warm evening, under the glow of torches, we sat on the beautiful balcony as a family and reflected that this place and this evening would likely remain in our memories for a lifetime.

I absolutely loved every single person I came to contact with at the hotel, the service here went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have been to many resorts and this one surpassed all of them. I loved how fresh the food was (all meals are a la carte) including even the ice cream! Also the pools are absolutely amazing, clean and well kept! And the quiet is just on another level 10/10

The Majlis Resort is located in Lamu with views of the Ras Kitau Bay on Manda Island. Everything!!!! Stunning environment, very quiet and peaceful. They have the best spa and amenities. The sweetest and nicest staff ever, they really made our stay worthwhile

Offering a spa and wellness centre, 2 pools surrounded by palm trees, Hemingways Watamu is located on the beachfront of Watamu. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. Loved the room and the bathroom. It was spotless! I need my bathroom super clean so I was so satisfied when I saw it was exactly like the picture. Having sea view was superb too. I just sat on the balcony and enjoyed the ocean view.

It feels like a magic garden: full of beautiful trees and flowers. There’s a swimming pool right above the ocean. Everything is really clean, the room is really nice, breakfast is good, we just had one dinner and it was good (but if you want to try swahili fish dishes go in the center of Watamu, where the T junction is: it’s great!). We really enjoyed our stay, the whole staff is great and helpful at any time. The wifi wasn’t working in our room (probably one of the farthest from the reception), but in the common areas and garden it works perfectly. You can easily find a tuk tuk or a motorcycle at the gate ready to pick you up. Thank you, We’ll be back for sure, hopefully soon.

The property location was excellent. The size of the property was just right for us - cozy and feels intimate. It was quiet in an area of Malindi within minutes of town and things to do or beach access Our stay included free breakfast with beverage. There was a full menu for lunch, dinner, snacks and fruit drinks. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
