Everything was excellent—especially the location, food, and the hospitality of the staff, who were absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Manager Mr. Brian, Mr. Sadeepa, and Mr. Jayantha for being so supportive and attentive throughout our stay. On our first day, we were the only guests in the entire hotel, which made the experience even more peaceful and unique. If you’re looking to take a break from a busy schedule, this is the perfect place (with a private beach) to relax and unwind. The calm and quiet atmosphere is exactly what you need. As a lovely surprise, we were gifted a beautiful and delicious cake, which made our stay even more special. If you’re searching for a serene, quiet, and relaxing getaway, Adaar is definitely the best option. We will definitely return and stay here again.

Nilaveli Beach Resort is set on the bronzed sands of Nilaveli Beach. This tranquil resort welcomes guests with a private beach area, cosy guestrooms and free internet access at all public areas. Wonderful staff, super friendly and helpful, and very efficient and professional. We enjoyed a lovely room with a king bed, nice furnishings, great bathroom, and porch with a sea view. We could not have asked for more. John was amazing in the restaurant, delivering wonderful cocktails, dishes, and breakfasts. We really enjoyed our meals while watching the waves roll in along the beautiful beach. Very highly recommended!

I booked the hotel Pearl Duamond resort at the last minutes and i was very happy with this new hotel. All the staff are very good. The real diamond is this hotel. Thank you staff and Manager, i will come back for my next summer.

Great place to stay during your Trinco trip! This property offers separate cabanas that give you plenty of privacy, and the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are extremely clean, and the overall atmosphere is well maintained. There’s also a well-kept swimming pool that guests can enjoy. I tried both breakfast and lunch here, and they were definitely worth the money. The location is another big plus – it’s very close to Nilaveli Beach. It’s also a great place for families, children, and local travelers, offering a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was exactly what I expected and exactly what I wanted, something unique and different. A tropical beach garden vibe. There are only 5 units and so it was quiet. An older property that has been carefully renovated. The common area has a "beachcomber" feel, funky in a good way, with lots of plants and palms everywhere. Each unit has a covered terrace with chairs and a low table and is surrounded in greenery. I really liked the fact that the rooms are quirky and fun and refreshingly different from most accommodation. Only 1 small window in each unit but Elena has cleverly got around this by painting the walls bright white with colourful murals and linens and excellent lighting which made the whole room light and bright and full of colour. New floor tiles. The room had this unique fresh feel. There was ample furniture in the room to put things on. Fresh linens and plenty of towels. Strong fan and good A/C. The big bathroom had been modernised, and had both a cool shower and a hot shower with instant hot water and good water pressure. There was a small unit of shelves to put bathroom things on. Very clean. There is a small above ground plunge pool but it wasn't operating when I was there. But that doesn't matter at all as the ocean is only a stone's throw away. Plenty of parking for my motorbike. The property is safe & secure. Excellent location as it's a very short stroll to Upuvelli beach which is a wide beach with clean sand and a few cafes and restaurants. The beach slopes gently into the water, stays shallow for a little distance, and only had low waves which makes it ideal for families to swim in. Elena is very helpful and arranged snorkeling and an exceptional Ayurvedic massage, both at a discount. The property is quiet. I found the other guests friendly and Elena has created a happy, social place. No parties, no karaoke and so you can really relax here. It is an excellent price considering its proximity to the beach.

And if you want to bring someone for some occasion, it's a great place on the roof of the hotel. Extremely helpful staff and owner who take care of you and provide all the help, at any time. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!

Помешкання NN Beach Resort Nilaveli розміщено у місті Нілавелі, за кілька кроків від пам'ятки "Пляж Нілавелі". The resort was beautiful. Located right in front of the beach. They have a hammock, which we used a lot to relax. The staff was very friendly and helped whenever we needed anything. The rooms are very cute and could walk to the beach at night.
