The staff were super accommodating and sweet! They were very personable and just altogether wonderful! I've never experienced customer service like this ever! Staff were very knowledgeable about the area and made wonderful recommendations on what to see and the tour options available.

Este complejo de 4 estrellas se encuentra en las montañas de Coron, a 600 metros del monte Tapyas y a 2,2 km de Coron Town Proper. Everything! We had such a great stay and would recommend this to friends and family. We will definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity! The room itself was clean and smells good. The bathroom was great because the hot shower was so quick to heat up. Staying here felt like we were pampered compared to the other facilities we stayed at in the Philippines. Mike, Shara, and Treeza(?) were so kind and also other staff in the hotel and restaurant. There was also a safe in the room which was perfect and we felt secured with our personal belongings whenever we had to leave for a tour. The pool and surroundings were also clean so no complaints on that. We were able to book our tours with the hotel as well which was nice and the prices were comparable to the other tour agencies in the area. Tricycles were also around was very cheap to go to the town proper (30-50 pesos per person). Honestly commuting is an option. If you are adventurous, everything is walkable and walk to the town proper was just about 15-20mins. The hotel also arranged our pick up/drop off from and to the airport which was 500 pesos per person. Because we had to leave before breakfast started, they prepared a to go sandwiches for us to take in the airport which was nice because it also included bottled waters.

Offering views of the mountain, Vela Terraces Hotel is situated in Coron City, 6 km from Kayangan Lake. The property has a sun terrace and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Absolutamente todo ha sido genial. Recepción, restaurante y housekeeping, han sido todos maravillosos y súper serviciales.
