Terrabona is a small family run hotel with only 4 villas so it felt very quite and exclusive there. It’s situated in a picturesque area in the mountains, there are several hiking routes there and a river down the mountains. A pool and a sauna have an amazing view on the valley. Villas are modern and spacious. They offer 4 types of pillows but we found those which were already in a room super comfortable. WiFi signal was reasonably ok. Breakfast was really good. They leave everything for the breakfast in advance in a fridge and we liked that we could have it any time we wanted. There was always a variety of fresh bread, fruits, cheeses and ham, homemade jam, free range chicken eggs, ect. Everything made in Terrabona is with a good quality and care for nature. We loved little plants garden and a winery. Small parking right next to the hotel was always occupied but there were always free spots in another parking 50 meters from the hotel. There are no restaurants in a walking distance but we enjoyed a dinner experience organised by Marco and Maria. It’s a wonderful stay if you want to enjoy nature and peace and discover one of the most beautiful places of North Madeira - Seixal beach, Sao Vicente and natural pools in Porto Moniz.

It is a very Nice and pleasant Villa with amazing view on the Ocean. Very quiet: there is no noise during the day and the night. The villa is well equiped, nothing is missing. Garden is beautiful. Steffi and Alexander are very nice people, always ready to support us. If we come back on Madeira Island we will choose again this villa and we will recommend it.

The luxurious Royal Savoy - Ocean Resort is set amidst tropical gardens in the Bay of Funchal, featuring 2 heated lagoon-style pools and private ocean access. Superb location with direct access to the sea - (however there is no beach but rock-set steps to the water ). There is a huge sun-lounging terrace with plenty of sun-beds . Hotel was originally a time share apartment building which has been converted to a hotel . The suite rooms have a separate kitchen and there is room service available so private dining on the terrace is a very pleasant availability .

Located on a slope overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Village Cabo Girao offers villas and apartments with access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, free private parking and free WiFi in shared areas.... The view was great. There were plenty of things to do at the property like swimming, playing mini golf, watching DVD’s; and so many walks, and a few restaurants close by. The onsite restaurant was fabulous.

Savoy Calheta Beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean, is located on Calheta Beach. This 4-star hotel features indoor and outdoor pools, spa, gym and access to the sea via the beach. Good clean hotel in all areas. Friendly staff and excellent beachside position .Enjoyed the live entertainment and the variety of food was very good .
