The 4-star Douro Cister Hotel features accommodation in deluxe rooms and bungalows amidst tranquil surroundings. I only stayed a night but the room was clean, and they made my dog welcome. Bed comfortable, good heating (much needed!).

Located in the heart of the Pinhal de Ofir, between the river and the sea, this hotel with its timeless architecture has two outdoor swimming pools where you can enjoy contact with the Pinhal de Ofir.... Very charming '60 - '70 style hotel with a nice breakfast buffet and a large, clean swimmingpool. Good restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at Bruval Eco Retreat only one night and regretted that we didn’t book more night there. Our stay was amazing. Accommodation was amazingly designed, modern, with private jacuzzi and swimming pool. Equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay with the family and a dog.
