The staff are wonderful, everyone is very polite and friendly. The bartenders and waiters are very cheerful! Arif was the best in the restaurant! The food was varied, and I liked that there was a section with boiled food for healthy eating. Most of the visitors are adult Europeans, so it's quiet here and there are no loud parties at night. The rooms are very spacious, and the maids are also wonderful, always polite and helpful. I think this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in this price range. I definitely recommend it!

Superb food throughout. Great quality of drinks including the wine included. Tui active activities were well run and well worth doing. Staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and always available as needed. Overall just a superbly relaxing holiday with lots to do.

Whether these expectations align with reality often determines how happy we are with our stay. For our stay, we sought a relaxing atmosphere with the presence of other families, kid-friendly facilities, and a balance between quiet in the rooms when the kids slept and the option for some fun after 10 p.m. For dining, we hoped for a wide variety of high-quality food catering to different diets and cultural cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce. In terms of facilities and service, we wanted clean, cozy rooms, seamless service, beautifully maintained gardens, and thoughtful decor. You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. We are looking forward to coming back to this place next year. Our expectations were exceeded in the following areas: the Kids Club, the Laser Show, and the relaxing atmosphere at the hotel, even when it was fully booked.
