The staff are wonderful, everyone is very polite and friendly. The bartenders and waiters are very cheerful! Arif was the best in the restaurant! The food was varied, and I liked that there was a section with boiled food for healthy eating. Most of the visitors are adult Europeans, so it's quiet here and there are no loud parties at night. The rooms are very spacious, and the maids are also wonderful, always polite and helpful. I think this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in this price range. I definitely recommend it!

All meals/ options were amazing, choice was great, even the paid restaurants on site were of a high std especially the Saffron turkish restaurant, was exceptional as was all the staff in all areas of the hotel.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

Objekat Arum Barut Collection - Ultra All Inclusive, koji je smešten u gradu Side, na 3 min. We liked so much this hotel and can recommend it, personal in the hotel are very friendly, specially we can notice manager Irina, she meet us at the start of our vacation and help us during all our vacation, from activities we can notice also other Irina who run the aqua aerobics and Asamat who conduct boccia on the beach, but unfortunately not everyone speak English, a lot of personal don’t speak English or German or French or Russian, just Turkish, but google translate helped us not to have problems with that, food and alcohol were super really super, I hear a lot of about Turkish, that they produce fake luxury alcohol and I was happy that it’s not about this hotel here everything was super, 1 main restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner, also during the day you can visit burger restaurant with some classic and special burgers and 3 al la cart restaurants with reservations visiting, on the hotel area there are 4 incredible bars, barmen were really good in cocktails and also were friendly, see was clean and warm but on the start of see there are reefs but hotel has a pier. At the evening and during the day hotel run special activities
