We had to ask additional towels as they initially gave us only 2 bath towels and 2 beach towels for a family of four.

I did nkt see any restaurant but there was minimart where all your needs are available.

We like the serenity and the peace of the environment. The pool was perfect for us. The beach was just few steps from the vicinity. Not crowded. The place was comfortable and the kitchen utensils are complete. Definitely we would love to come back.

It's not a hotel, you have 24 store that deliver stuff to the rooms, can have cleaning included, if you opt for multiple days

It would be good to provide more bathroom stuff, like Shampoo, Shower Gel, etc. We were 3 people in the room and had only two small (10 ml) bottles of shower gel. It was absolutely not enough for 5 nights which we stayed at the property. We had to buy one at the local supermarket. It would be good to install a regular bottle of Shampoo or shower gel.

We liked everything, except the bathroom facilities. Thanks GlobalStay, we enjoyed our stay at your property.

The sunbeds on the beach are old, half are broken. It needs to be changed.

Good location, large apartments with a balcony. There was everything you needed - dishes, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven. There were robes, slippers and beach towels. The market downstairs is open 24/7. Clean beach and heated pool. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to requests and wishes.

Its not a dislike because we know what we paid for, but there is little to do in the actual hotel other than the pool, gym and beach, but plenty to do across nearby hotels.

It was good value, if you want a room in this location for a couple of nights it’s a good stay. Views were good and it’s in a good location to walk on the end of the palm.

• The towels have a bad smell • room housekeeping is available with a very high charge ( 300 AED per day !!)

• I liked its location as well as the many facilities at the hotel and around it ... • I loved the view so much ! • There is a special beach to the hotel guests.. • I got 3 rooms by 1200 AED which is a good price in this season (Feb-mar) • There is a 24 hrs minimarket in the lobby with little higher prices than normal • Burj Khalifa. Jumeriah, Atlantis the royal and Burj Alarab are all can be seen by the hotel • All the staff were warmly welcoming • It is my favourite hotel in Dubai. although I would like them to reduce their prices a little.. but they are still the best.. I am very grateful to everyone participated in this hotel , they made my trip fantastic.

Noting particular. Only exterior paint of building can be more richer considering location and services available.

Very nice location and good privacy. A true family place for holidays. Cordial staff making it more impressive. In house mini cart store has everything which is needed to anyone.

Location was fantastic, with private beach and views of Atlantis the Palm and Royale. we had very good views of new years fireworks. The kids loved pool and beach access. There is a mini mart on ground floor which was convenient for last minute groceries. Overall very pleased with our stay

Apartment was great but know traffic in the palm is crazy so you need to add time to your travel around Dubai.

Great value for money, big size, beach was wonderful as not busy and overall a great apartment. Will def stay again.

The corridors had a little bit a bad smell. Kitchen facilities could be a liitle better but in general in a good condition.

Very friendly staff which is in general rear. Always ready to help and give suggestions. Location on the Palm is good if you only plan to stay in this area. For sightseeing pretty far away from as you need min 30 min + to get to any destination.
