We loved the view from the balcony. Breakfast was exceptional! The owners are very sweet. Hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, but nice, clean and quiet. When you lay in bad you can hear sound of sea waves instead of loud people at night. Next time in Saranda we will stay only in Villa Erdeti!

There was everything in the room (hairdryer, airer, refrigerator etc.) also was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. The owner was really helpful and kind. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, it was made by the owners :) The surroundings was calm and quiet. I highly recommend!

Sarande turns out as not exactly our place under the sun. But again, the villa and the owners compensated.

The villa and the owners are amazing. Very supportive, as we had some rough times in Albania in general. Apparently even a Bulgarian can have a culture shock there 😀

Local government would do great if they'd build a bridge for pedestrians over the nearby river, so tourists from the area where the hotel is could access the city quicker and wouldn't have to walk longer to get across.

Breakfast was delicious, especially as it included multiple options. Some of the food is homemade as well, such as fig jam and olives. Location is good, as you have a public beach 3-5 mins away by foot, or if you're traveling by car and plan to visit multiple beaches around. Free parking was great to have, too. Additionally, the hosts were helpful in terms of giving suggestions regarding interesting places/beaches to visit in Sarande and Ksamil.

Located at the Sarande bay, you get an incredible seaview, like on photos. Although Sarande is getting very busy with all the buildings in its area, it is somehow isolated a bit so it is more peaceful there. Apartment has everything you need for a stay.

The host is a beautiful working family, ready to give you all the information you need. The villa is very beautiful and modern, the only inconvenient is that is placed a little bit far from the city center, but if you go by car it shouldn't be a problem. You can park in front of the villa, very safe 👌 The breakfast was nice with a variety of deserts. Me and my wife had a great vacation @VillaErdeti! Thank you!

A bit of a walk to get to the city center from the villa so I’d recommend renting a car. I personally used a taxi and it shouldn’t be more than 10 € for a 20 min ride.

Would be perfect to find some tea and coffee in the room beside of electric kettle. Also few plates, spoon, knife, fork. Wifi works, but quite weak signal, acctualy worked normaly only in one room, best signal is in the ground floor, wife had to talk by teams, in the room wasn’t possible due to difference between cameras view and delayed sound. View from balcony (we stayed in family room)… depends where you look :)) if to the side, you can see panoramic view of the city and bay, if straight… you will see road and container which both are full of garbage. You need a car if you want to reach restaurants, please be informed that parking possibilities in Sarande are very limited, city is overloaded with cars. Walking till the restaurants… be prepared to walk for at least 15-20min till the first options to eat through narrow streer full of thrash and after you reach main road, which is also quite narrow, be prepared to watchout of the crossing cars. In my opinion, much better to go by car. In my opinion, price for all what you get is to high.

Host was very welcoming, breakfast tasty and satisfied our needs, room was clean. Free parking on site. Places small yard was very green, lots of flowers, we found it very cosy. Pebble beach located nearby, maybe 5-10minutes away but it’s not the best for sure.

The hosts were just the nicest people! Location for us was good, as not in the busy centre, and also very near walking distance to the beach. The hotel 'ext door have a bar and a restaurant which is really handy with a beautiful view for an evening drink.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Erdeti in Sarandë, Albania, and I cannot express enough how amazing our experience was. One feature that particularly impressed us was the blackout balcony covers, which ensured a peaceful and undisturbed sleep, even during the sunniest hours. The powerful air conditioning units provided a refreshing escape from the mid-summer heat, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The family who runs Villa Erdeti deserves special recognition for their outstanding service and attentiveness. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their friendly and helpful nature made us feel like we were part of their extended family, and we truly appreciated their genuine care. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast that surpassed all expectations. From the sun-ripened tomatoes and cucumbers to the selection of cheeses and eggs, there was something to satisfy every palate. The highlight, however, was the fresh olives sourced from their own plantation. The breakfast area, nestled amidst a beautiful garden, created a serene and inviting atmosphere that made every morning a joyous experience. The hosts' local recommendations for restaurants outside the bustling main strip of Sarandë were invaluable. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered hidden gems where we could indulge in authentic Albanian cuisine and immerse ourselves in the local culture. Their knowledge of the area and dedication to ensuring our enjoyment truly enhanced our overall stay. Without a doubt, we will be returning to Villa Erdeti on our next visit to Sarandë.

Nothing, just a few suggestions to make the stay even better. 1) set the price in Lek on Booking.com so the payment will be easier once there, without the need to do the conversion (or just take the full amount after the "free cancellation period", instead of 50%) 2) consider a "take away" breakfast option (a sandwich or something easy) in case someone has to leave earlier 3) have a little mini buffet with what you get everyday, like water, juice, bread and jam, and take orders only for hot food like eggs, omelette etc and coffee. This will make managing the tables easier and have people getting only the amount they want, reducing wasting. 4) some filtered coffee would be appreciated for most North European countries (and easier to serve) ;)

Villa Erdeti has beautiful apartments very clean and cosy. It’s close to the promenade of Saranda (12 minutes by car), and it’s locaed in a quiet area where you can find free parking easily. From the Villa you can reach the best beach of Saranda and Ksamil in few minutes by cars. Breakfast is delicious! The are a rich menu with savory and sweet homemade dishes. On top of that, the Villa is family run and managed by owner who is very kind, nice, helpful and friendly .

The location is a little outside. We had a car so it was no probelm but if you don't, you have to do some walking 🙂

This was perfect for a group of four. You have a big appartement with two bedrooms and a huge bathroom. It was very clean. You can go easily to beach. The host was really nice and the breakfast delicious.

The appartment was super clean, new and the view from the balcony was incredible. The staff was very friendly, helpful and kind, it felt like I was at home, it was the best vacation ever! The breakfast was plenty of food and drinks, the marmelades were home made, all was cooked fresh at the moment, it was such a lovely place I cannot recommend highly enough!
