This hotel is owned by family and they are so friendly. I met the mom, daughter and son. They are accommodating. They are so nice and they keep checking on us. The place is very clean and breakfast is awesome. It has omelet, a lot of pastries. It has safe box.supermarket Bella is 10 minutes with car. Iron is available upon request. Big closet space. Only one thing it needs USB outlet in the room and the lobby needs air freshener and fresh air.

The spa is amazing. It is kept immaculately and everything is like brand new. The young lady on reception was very helpful and nice. The room was exceptional - I had room 205 with a big double bed and it appeared very new. Everything was spotless. There is a beautiful indoor swimming pool. The night was quiet with no disturbance. The breakfast was amazing and even had apfelstrudel and vanilla sauce! It had everything you can imagine and the waitress was very nice and helpful. This is a 10/10 property which you will not regret booking.

It is a bit far from Salzburg and there isn’t tons to do around Wals where the hotel is located. Generally to get to Salzburg by taxi or uber would run you at about 25€. If you’re planning to go to Salzburg daily, this is something that you might wanna consider in your budget.

Breakfast was fantastic with a large spread daily. The facilities to use were all well kept. Staff were great and helpful in any way that i needed. Really anything you want from the hotel itself is provided.

Family room could be a bit bigger as there was no place for hanging out after the kids sleep.

Everything in hotel was great. Staff is very friendly and will explain to you anything you need. Also you can use saunas, fitness and pools how much you like. Rooms are clean and big enough. They definitely have a recommendation from me.

Location was great for visiting both Salzburg and Halstatt, rooms were better than in the photos, very spacious and with comfortable beds, spa was fantastic in terms of all the facilities available (3 saunas, hamam, indoor and outdoor pool) PLUS open until 10 pm which is a huge convenience and given the size of the hotel it was never crowded and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty great as well and lots of nice touches like complimentary mulled wine and cookies at the entrance of the hotel. I'd love to go back!

The room is perfectly designed. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels. This Hotel was the most welcoming one. The room tempreature was adjusted to the cold winter weather outside and it was warm and welcoming. The hotel'facilities like Indoor pool, spa, etc were excellent to get relaxed and gain energy for the next day. The Breakfast was by far the best one I had in Austria.

Sadly I developed a rash and itching everytime I got under the bed covers.which meant I couldn't sleep. It was an allergic reaction, possibly to the washing powder used. Weirdly, I had no issues last time I was there.

At first they wanted to charge me more than booking.com stated, but I told them and they changed it to the agreed price. This was the first such negative case in Austria in the last 30 years.

We were satisfied with the accommodation, the bathroom is quite spacious. The breakfast selection is quite extensive.
