You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Basic continental type breakfast but very good as such. Extremely friendly staff. The self-check in was bit odd but worked well without any glitches. Was nice to have a designated hotel parking lot instead of having to park on the street as in many places

NigeriaI think that a mechanism should be installed to lift guests' heavy luggage 🧳 rather than having to carry them on the stairs manually.
The check-in information and procedure was really helpful and in tune with the present reality post-Covid. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. The environment too is pleasant.

You are a good hotel, but you have just lost a client who could stay regularly while crossing lustenau twice a month.

SlovakiaMy first two stays in this facility were fine, I was very happy, but this time it was awful due to a very cold room (15.8) upon my arrival at 10 pm after 8 hours driving. The heating was off, when I turned it on it stopped at 10.30 pm, the temperature was very low, about 16, until my check-out. They better keep the temperature in the rooms about 18 while vacant, to heat them up quickly, and keep the heating on at least until 1am, if the check-in is possible until midnight. Otherwise, it is a good option to break after a long drive, but not in the winter season unless the policy is changed.

There is a water feature in the garden, that sounds soothing. Automatic check-in, straight forward. Clean. The service at the breakfast table is top notch. Electric window shades.
