The room was noisy as you could hear people in the hallway and the bats across the road which were loud at night and in the mornings.

This apartment was in a great location with less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It had free parking. The room was clean and spacious for 3.The staff were friendly.

A hand-held shower piece would have been great for those of us that prefer to shower without getting our hair wet, alternatively, a disposible hair cover would have been handy.

Poor lighting, even after we asked for, and we're given, an extra side lamp. Small window above the bed lets in loads of light on a night but was ok after we blocked it up with the cushions.

Brilliant location for town and beach and less than 10 minutes walk (fully loaded) from the bus station. Good size studio and balcony with table and chairs. Really friendly and helpful owners. Great room except the lighting was poor and the fruit bats were very noisy this week!

Repair work and drilling went on right above my apartment from 9 am and later in the afternoon when I returned after lunch. It was jarring and made it difficult to stay in the room.

The location is excellent, and the staff is courteous and friendly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and close to the beach. The apartment is spacious with a good-size balcony.

A great location in Byron, I loved having the balcony with table and chairs and my room had an excellent outlook onto the leafy park with all its wildlife. I liked the room itself and it benefited from a newly fitted kitchenette with good quality appliances. I would definitely stay again.

Need ear plugs - walls are thin and people who stay up will definitely keep you up too.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Not only did we feel lucky to be so close to both the town center and the beach. There’s also a wide variety of excellent coffee and breakfast locations nearby and it’s just a short walk from local grocery stores and night shops. The beds are comfortable, the washing machine smelled fresh, the AC is an absolute MUST (and worked terrifically!). We saved ourselves a whole lot of trouble not having to eat out every night and being able to wash our own clothes. Serious luxury while traveling with a toddler in a hot climate like Australia’s! What we were most surprised about is the extremely loving welcome we received from both management and staff. We’ve been to many different hotels and motels but this location feels like it’s been family owned and run for generations. Some people quietly and consistently do nice things, even when nobody is watching. They work very hard here and their love and dedication shows. Thank you! Would book here again in a heartbeat!

It was really tough to get the heavy luggage up and down the stairs.

The room was spacious enough for the two of us. the kitchen was very good with everything we needed and in working order. The bathroom was great, the washer drier was easy to use, and the washing powder was sufficient, and we could request more. The towels were offered to us for the beach also which was very much appreciated. The balcony was a great size and with a table and chairs and space for a clothing drying rack. The parking was secure and easy to access. The process for afterhours arrival was very easy to follow.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, fresh air from the balcony, the staff so easy to deal with and happy to accommodate guests wishes, washing machine and dryer - such a bonus. Amenities in the room were great 👍 Thank you - I will stay there again
