We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great central location, if you didn’t have a car it’s an easy walk to Town Beach and Chinatown. Beautiful views of Roebuck bay, loved being able to have my own breakfast so the kitchen was great, liked that there was a coffee machine and plenty of parking.

Spotless room, fridge. Cold water and ice cubes. Good information provided Convenient to bus stop. 10 to 15 minutes walk to Chinatown. Pool was clean, cool and deep. You can view the staircase to the moon, from grass on the property.

AustraliaIt’s minor, but the bathroom shared all secrets - it wasn’t particularly soundproof, and due to internal (frosted) windows, the apartment lit up like a Christmas tree if anyone turned on the light at night, but as I said, minor issue given everything was so good.
Modern, spacious apartment. The pool area was lovely and the grounds were great. I was happy for the communal laundry, and every interaction with staff from reception to the groundskeepers was friendly and courteous.
