The location was superb, nice stroll to Surfers main street, equally nice easy stroll to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. Very close to the beach, Lovely pool and sauna.

I wish there was some pyrex dishes to use in oven, containers to store food in refrigerator.. oven glove for removing hot dishes from oven. No Serving dishes. TV very muffled in sound,

The bed was a bit uncomfortable - could do with a mattress topper so you don’t feel the join between the single beds underneath

The washer need to be clean and some of the light bulbs are not working or missing. And car park is not ordered meaning there are numbers on each spot and looks like match room number but seems like useless.

The room is generally clean and relatively quiet environment compared to other hotels.

One downlight not working in the bathroom but I felt this was minor and didn't have any effect on the stay.

Location was good, about a 5 minute walk to the Florida Gardens tram stop (chose not to hire a car for the trip). Visited for the Gold Coast Marathon weekend so the spa bath in the room was handy after the marathon. Close to shared walking/e-bike/bike path junction near the Langham Hotel which made walking up to Surfers Paradise or down to Broadbeach easy. Property kept me informed with check-in and check-out information via text.

The mugs in the kitchen were not clean and the bin in the bathroom had not been cleaned properly

The room was nice, clean, and the view was good, could see the ocean through other buildings and the mountains the other side as we were on a corner room, our location was close to the beach with a short walk, and to close to town in your car. we chose this location for the week.

We were in room 57 and the people in room 56 were obviously smokers and you could smell the cigarette smoke walking to our room and even in our room at times. Coffee etc wasn't refilled, had to ask twice for more toilet paper.

It was ok. It was a basic room a bit dated.

distance without a car is harder if going sightseeing if you just want to hit a beach it’s an easy walk. shopping centre is definitely a car trip not far but to far walking. it wasn’t that clean not to my standard and I’m not that over the top!

easy to get to location close to everything by CAR not so much by walking! we had a hire car so was easy very tight car park if your a good driver it’s fine but big rental cars and an inexperienced driver will need to take care but it’s manageable and parking is free undercover safe so great bonus! older style place very outdated (our room which was different to the phone image in every way possible) but it was fine overall. Our washing machine was filthy in our unit and it upset me needed a huge clean before I could use it, I was annoyed they give you a threatening letter leave everything spotless if you don’t take rubbish out do your dishes and put them away and everything clean we will charge you, yet I had to clean a bench (food scraps on it ) washing machine and bathroom sink as soon as I got there, so maybe I should charge you a cleaning fee! we always do clean up after ourselves but I took offence in the way the letter was worded considering I had to actually clean up the day I arrived. Just a small thing but annoying when they give you a letter like that. Beds comfy enough no extra towels or a blanket we found it quite cold at night, and I washed towels every night. (6 night stay 2 adults) I didn’t mind but kind of takes away the I’m on holiday too mode for mums. it’s extremely good to have the home facilities of cooking when you want being able to wash clothes (less packing we were on a three week holiday) and having a lounge area to relax watch tv, so it was good in that aspect.

Brightly decorated, well positioned room. Close to beach and good coffee.
