Everything was ok. Husband found the construction work entertaining. I can imagine having the pool bbq area etc up and running would be an awesome addition to our stay. We were aware it was out of service before booking.

The pools/ gym and all of level 4 are closed for repairs, we booked somewhere specifically with a pool and couldn’t use one. Very disappointed children. Also they had scheduled work being carried out to install a new intercom system and the workmen knocked to enter our apartment at 7.30am to do this work. No warning of what day or time, just a sign in the elevator to say works were happening in the building between the dates were were staying.

It seems like the pool has been out of order for a long time. The property was booked as there was pool amenities included, I feel very misled. If the booking said no pool amenities from the beginning, this property would not of been booked. Very outdated lights. Lights were not working in all rooms. Shower head was broken.

Our unit needed a reburb. Also the pool etc was broken and not able to be used when we were there.

It's is a shame the pool isn't up and running. We were aware of this I just hope that it is getting fixed. On a house keeping note so you can keep the house tidy, more rubbish bags (and toilet paper) would have been handy. We were staying for 8 nights and really needed more provided.

Great easy location, so handy to shops and beach and a supermarket right across the street. Thanks for the stay.

Shower was difficult to adjust, I couldn't get it any hotter. Car park was suitable for small cars only. Unfortunately the pool was out of order.

Location was suitable to us. The size of the apartment was great and was clean and tidy. Good value compared to everywhere else at Broadbeach.

staff, and reception service was shockingly horrible and rude. not understanding and disrespectful tone when discussing situations with a younger crowd who have paid their share of money for bond/ stay.

The pool and Gym closed for repairs, but this is why the price was discounted. A building site next door, so a little noisy during the day. I would recommend that the bedspreads and blankets in the apartment be cleaned.

The View from the living area and main bedroom was amazing. We enjoyed being able to open the windows and have fresh air. There is also only 4 units per floor, so this meant we could always catch the lift.

The apartment is super tired and in desperate need of things like a new kitchen and carpets: The pool and fitness centre were also out of order so that was disappointing.

It was noisy at night because it was so close to the shopping mall as well as the construction that was going on next door.

Carpets not vacuumed thoroughly (plus many stains), require better block out curtains in bedrooms, noisy due to construction works (no fault of venue), pool out of operation, a few lights blown, balcony slider door very hard to open due to 'pressure/suction', on trying to rebook for 12 months time price hike of more than double for each day required even on non event days or low peak other times of the year.

Spacious Apartment, Location central in Broadbeach and close to the Beach, assortment of views from different rooms, large balcony, fully functional kitchen, foxtel and wifi, overall very pleasant, lovely hosts very helpful on check in and throughout stay.

The property was a little outdated a few repairs need to be made in the room we stayed in. This was our second stay (a few years apart) and the pool was closed both times.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops and tram.
