Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. you should wait for a receptionist to order some eggs or omelette, you can not do it by yourself and it is not obvious, that you should wait for somebody to order it.

the location was perfect. even though the old town itself is pedestrian, the hotel is located close to a road, so it was convenient to get to the hotel. The room was clean, the view was great right on the central Mosque. A lot of places to eat and chill around. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

It’s not a question of “not liking”, though some/some of the room decor/furnishings looked a bit old fashioned (but were all in very good condition), which looked a little different to the modernity of much of the hotel.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, with restaurants and cafes right at hand. The sort of place you can pop back to during your wandering around the sights. Hotel and room very neat and clean, modern lift, shower excellent (literally immediate hot water!), breakfast fine. Soundproofing of the room was excellent (my room overlooked some cafes/bars, but when the window was closed there was no noise), as was the air conditioning.

Perfect location, in the Bašćaršija. Room was relatively small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The only drawback to the room was the bathroom. Because of my small stature, I was unable to see in the mirror. The door to the bathroom was right up against the toilet, making it hard to maneuver. But this is minimal. I would totally return again!

The staff was very responsive even before we arrived. Once at Old Town they were very helpful. Adnira helped us with luggage and parking, along with great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The new evening staff Harry was sweet, and gentle. Breakfast was wondeful...home-made sweets, eggs, and grilled veggies. Plus a continental spread of meats, cheeses, and cereal. The room was bright and clean with plenty of tea and coffee for either a night cap or a morning wake up.

Centrally located in old town, very close by to most attractions in old town. The sheets, towels, bath everything was super clean. The room is quite small but everything is newly refurbished and modern and provide all the confort. Our room overlooked a historical mosque. They have parking space a few feet away from their entrance, with video surveillance. You have to reserve parking in advance and they will help you find your slot. Breakfast is good, they prepare, on demand, fried or scrumbled eggs. The hospitality was great. The Receptionist helped us with information to get around the city. It general, great stay.

Location is terrific with almost everything within an easy walk. Room was small but comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and wifi was strong. Staff were great.

Although the mosque was right next door with frequent calls to prayer, the room was quite soundproof with the window closed.

The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. But to be honest, maybe our expectations were to high :D

We loved the location, the stuff was amazing, so much helpful. We loved our room and view from it! Parking was walking distance, less than one minute from the hotel. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious. We would gladly visit this hotel again!

Personnel was friendly and helpful. The parking area for three motorbikes is a locked place around the corner. It looks to be safe. Rooms are clean and quiet (in the middle of the town!) WI-FI works perfect. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Sarajevo's old town even for more than one night.
